Edit #2: it wasn't the battery, it was the brush head! Customer service through email has been good. However, I needed to record videos to show what was happened so I was able to put them on Google drive and use the link. I thought their requests to do this and that was getting ridiculous but we did find the solution. What can I say, its a brave new world. And it wasn't the battery after all. EDIT #1: The battery died and now it doesn't work. It was working great until it wasn't. When it was working: This is great at getting in the hard to reach areas, attachments, hard floors. My big fluffy chair has never been cleaner. I use it on the carpet too, daily, but the big upright is better on the carpet. As a tool, it os great for daily maintenance. I got it for my allergies and cleaning my big chair and in the hard to reach areas. It certainly helps. But for the carpet you'll still want something bigger. ... show more

This is great, it works well on my hard wood floor and carpet. Saves me a lot of back ache from sweeping and does a better job. The charge could hold a little longer but over all worth it.

    • This is a vacuum you have to take care of
This is the first vacuum over $30 I’ve bought for my household. I read all the comments the seller responded to people with and kept all of that in mind. The tube that connects the attachments to the vacuum clogs with things like fur balls or anything larger than a quarter. No complaints. It’s a straight tube. It’s easy to clear out. I discovered that the opening in the vacuum attachment also gets clogged and that’s what was causing dirt to fly out of it when I’d go over a pile. Again. Also fine. It was easy to clear out and they give you tools to do it in the box with it. This along with frequently removing the cover on the filter and brushing it clean has made it work flawlessly all the time. I’ve also noticed (this morning) that if something is stuck in the spin brush part of the vacuum attachment preventing it from spinning it will just shut off. Don’t worry. Just spin the brush yourself and it’ll pop right out and run like nothing happened. Overall this thing is incredibly convenient easy to take apart and diagnose and is very resilient for how nasty my apartment floors get and the variety of stuff it picks up for me. I’ve even picked up dust that was slightly damp and it was fine. Battery length is long enough to do a quick run through of my entire apartment or a very detailed vacuuming of specific rooms using all the attachments. All in all as long as you keep an eye on it and take it apart every once in a while it’ll keep going and run perfectly for you. Just don’t neglect it. ... show more

Not going to replace my Kirby, but with 3 little boys, it is very handy to have. It does great for everyday cleaning and furniture. Doesn't get deep down dirt in the floor like my Kirby does, but it is so much easier to switch attachments than the kirby is.

    • Easy to assemble, usable in seconds!
I use this vacuum daily and am very pleased! It's got decent suction - although I generally have to use it at high speed. It's super easy to assemble the attachments. And the battery lasts a good, long time! My only question - or misunderstanding - is that I thought the inner canister, where the debris collects - would be spinning. Still, the vacuum has been great, lightweight and convenient. Great product for the price! I kind of wish the on/off switch were in a different place as I accidentally turn it on whenever I pick up the handle. But that's a not a deal breaker. ... show more
