Update the third-party seller didn’t get back to me, but after I contacted the company, they were fantastic and doing everything they can to assist! I was really hoping this steamer would make cleaning easier, but unfortunately, it completely let me down. After only6 months , it just stopped working. I followed all the instructions and took good care of it, but now it won’t heat up or produce steam at all. For the price, I expected better quality and durability. Very disappointed – I would not recommend this product. Also the steam stopped working after 2 months and the water tank cap is broken ……. No steam temperatures go. From red to blue then off all the time and no steam temperatures….. not worth the money! No place to get replacements Will need to trash it ugh 😩 less than 1 star I’m afraid

I purchased this to replace my 15 year old Shark steam mop. The shark quit working and I was devastated. After purchasing this one and used for the first time the steam output was amazing and didn’t take long to heat the water. I was shocked of the durability and quality of it. Great value for it considering it detached where I can use the attachments for other cleaning.

Bought at1/2 price and am very satisfied with the job it does. A larger water tank would be helpful and making available replacement pads would be great. I solved the pad problem by buying Homsis replacement pads which are of almost equal quality and are very nearly the same size as the originals. Overall, a good product.

To start cord length is a joke. You get maybe 10 feet it’s ridiculous and im being generous with 10 feet. Im super disappointed. I thought this was going to be goid after reading reviews. It doesnt stand on its own which is whatever, it heats up fast but i dont feel like it cleans as well as it could. I have to go over something sticky multiple times and let it sit and rotate. And the rotating pads go crazy it goes all over the floor you have to hold it firmly to move it so youre not flying all over the place. I should have bought the bisselle one i seen and it stinks so bad

I am in love with this steam mop! It's works very well! Compact in size so fits perfect in my cleaning closet! The water tank is enough to do all my floors. I really feel that my floors are cleaner after use and I love that there's no residue!

I am not much for writing reviews unless a product is really bad or absolutely wows me. This mop has wowed me and then some. I have owed steam mops in the past that are more expensive then this one and got little to no results. My house is old and the flooring doesn't seem to have a good sealant on the hard wood floors. Due to this the wood stains so easily and once it has got any kind of mess on it, it's near impossible to get out. I used this mop when I first got it and it cleaned my floors better than I ever thought possible. Dark spots I thought were permanently there, I was able to get out with a little finesse but very little "elbow grease" as this mop really does all the work for you. A couple wks after purchasing this mop I came home from work and my dog had some tummy issues ALL OVER MY FLOOR! The liquid had to been sitting for a little bit bc of how dark and soaked in. I thought there was no way I was getting this out. The way the wood and the 💩 had made it looked like a huge red stain. I was beyond floored when I started up the cleaning process on how well this stain came out. Mins you the dark spot had really already soaked in to the wood. We plan on getting a floating floor done next summer but there was no way I wanted this stain visible until then and this mop did not disappoint! The results speak for itself in the photos. You can see in the both pictures there is a little wood marking loop right under the red stain. That is where the stain was in connection to the flooring after it was cleaned up by the steam mop. If you had any doubts on if this is going to be one of those Amazon Duds, rest assured it's one of those AMAZON MUST HAVES! you won't regret it. I know me and my floors don't.
