I’ve had this machine a little under a year, I love how it cleans and how easy it is to wash the cloths and replace them. A little bummed the handle broke off the other day but I’ll try gluing it back, the mop itself works perfectly fine!

I truly feel like this steam mop takes floor cleaning to a whole new level. With children and grandchildren constantly tracking dirt, spills, and who-knows-what into our home, keeping the floors clean can feel like a never-ending job. That’s exactly why I decided to give this steamer with rotating heads a try—and I’m so glad I did. The rotating heads make a huge difference. The mop part of this device is good, you do need to change the mop pads multiple times but it does a good job. The attachments are sub-par. The 1st time I used the small scrubber head it fell apart on the tile wall as the steam started to come out and after cleaning (with very minimal pressure, as i was afraid more bristles would be lost) the head is near useless. I wish the handle was removable for cleaning in small spaces.
