Product works great! Had an issue with the base connecting and contact customer support wasn’t expecting it and they got back to me quick and helped resolve my issue with no problems! Steamer works great and cleans so well. Not very noisy which is nice and steamer works pretty quick. The only thing I’d change would be a longer cord but for the quality and how it works I’ll deal with it !

I love this machine it cleans very nice. The water tank cracked on me afterwards a month or so, only 3 uses. I’ve left a voicemail to see if I can get a replacement form manufacturer to day. I just bought this June 4. Went to turn it in and wouldn’t steam, everything is working on it, except that the inside of the tank has a weighted ball and stopper or line that feeds the water through and it was all broken. Everything in it and the cap was cracked. I don’t know why. Still it’s a GREAT machine. I ordered some other replacement pads that go on it and my floors have been beautiful the couple of times that I’ve used it. I’ve also steamed my mattress floors and carpet all kinds of things and they make everything look brand new. It has all kinds of wonderful attachments. Three different steam settings, and the pads rotate without leaving swirls or anything on my floors likely other a have. I hope the replacement water tank fixes whatever is wrong with it. It has a very short return window but so far I am liking the level of clean it brings. It’s pretty lightweight and you can move it around really easy.

The media could not be loaded. This steam mop was AMAZING while it worked. It took awhile to be delivered.. almost 3 weeks. I have only had it less than 3 months and only used 1x every 2 weeks. Now it will only turn on with no steam which pretty much is useless. I loved it for the very BRIEF time I had it. I was just thinking I would get my 78 yr old mother one bc of the ease of use and effectiveness. Glad I didn’t. Was not able to contact customer service and the return window closed in January which is bs bc it took me 3 weeks to actually get it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I will update this review if I hear from customer support and they are able to resolve the issue.p UPDATE: it took FOREVER and A LOT of hassle to get this company to send me another steam mop. They FINALLY DID but unfortunately the new one only had steam for 3 USES! It ia NEW ONE! This one leaks water everywhere bc the canister doesn’t click in right. SUCH A BUMMER! When it worked it was amazing but it just doesn’t work. I use the scrubbing action with the pads and spray the floor with a diluted vinegar cleaner

Assembly: Comes in pieces and must be assembled. I found it to be easy and mostly intuitive. It only has a few pieces to click together. The only part I needed instructions for was to figure out how to use the attachments. Cleaning: The steam starts working pretty quickly, I would say within the first minute or so. I used the attachments to steam a dirty spot on the couch and that worked well and was easy. I used the mop portion for my laminate flooring and it was also very easy to use. It has washable pads for the bottom of the mop and they were incredibly dirty by the time I finished. My floor looked beautifully clean. Other: The mop doesn't take up too much space and I am able to store it in my hallway closet with plenty of room to spare.

My floors have never been so clean! I have 6 dogs and my floors get nasty. I used it today for the first time it got up spots I’ve been trying to get up for months. Scrubbing etc. the steam got it right out! I also love how the rotating pads rotate out it got in hard to reach places.

The media could not be loaded. I saw that this product was on sale, and my steam mop needed a replacement so I purchased this one. Its original price is listed as $199 and after unboxing it I'm a bit surprised it was so costly as its missing some basic features that I would expect from a product like this. For example, if you pick up the mop there is no mechanism to keep that position locked, so not only are you liable to have hot steam very close to your legs, but when standing , unless the mop is positioned perfectly, it can crash down as seen in my video. Another odd thing is that there was no light on the front, which wouldn't be a big deal if its base cost were maybe $120 but at almost $200 its a strange thing to not include. The final things that were bothersome are that there is no bag for all of the accessories, and no way to hang the mop! All of my other cleaning devices are neatly hung on my wall and this one has to sit awkwardly in the corner. Now to brag about this device a bit. I love the concept. It combines a spinning steam mop, and a handheld steamer which is really unique and is super useful for consumers, and another thing definitely worth mentioning is that this thing gets super hot and produces a lot of steam so it cleans pretty well. Love it. Its also low profile so it fits easily under my cabinets, and there are a lot of different attachments which really enhances the versatility. But I have to end on one nit-picky thing. I know this is a multi use device, so it might not be an issue to some, but the experience of turning on the device and its functions is awkward. The buttons are oriented so that to read them you need to be facing the device, but ideally you'd hold the mop from the back and activate it with the other hand so it would make more sense for the labels to be flipped upside down. Currently a person has to squat down, turn on the steam, brace the mop, turn on the spinner, and stand back up while holding it so it doesn't spin out of control. I hate to give it such a low rating because I love the innovation, but this thing really should have gone through a few more rounds of user testing. Especially at the price point.
