This steam mop works great and makes cleaning floors much easier. It heats up quickly, produces plenty of steam, and removes dirt and stains effectively without using harsh chemicals. The mop is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and reaches corners well. The reusable pads are easy to clean and save money compared to disposable products. I use it on tile floors, and they come out looking clean and shiny every time. Assembly was simple, and the water tank lasts long enough to clean multiple rooms. My biggest bummer purchase. Because I loved it so much but it didn’t last. Such a waste of money!! And I’m editing this now to add that still no one reached out to me. This was exactly what I was looking for. The spinning/scrubbing action with steam. It worked great for a few months and it was my favorite thing to use but then one of the circles on the bottom broke off. It was annoying to keep putting it back on but at least I could still use it. But then the steam stopped working :( sometimes it will start heating up but most of the time it just stops or won’t start heating at all. It’s a bummer that nothing lasts anymore. I was going to reach out to the company but after reading other reviews, with it taking forever and being a big hassle, I didn’t bother.

I love the rotating heads on this, as it really does the scrubbing for you. Its so easy to use, and cleans well and packs away nicely without taking up a lot of space. It's pretty quiet and I haven't had any issues with the hearing unit after having it for almost a year now. The only issue I've run into is the screw on one of the oscillators is stripped and occasionally comes loose and won't spin, until I do my best to tighten it back up, which I usually have to do about once per use. It's kind of an annoying defect, but the machine still works. I have a lot of floor, and the reservoir is just big enough to cover it without needing a refill (unless the floors are in really rough shape and need extra attention, then it sometimes will take an extra fill)

I saw that this product was on sale, and my steam mop needed a replacement so I purchased this one. Its original price is listed as $199 and after unboxing it I'm a bit surprised it was so costly as its missing some basic features that I would expect from a product like this. For example, if you pick up the mop there is no mechanism to keep that position locked, so not only are you liable to have hot steam very close to your legs, but when standing , unless the mop is positioned perfectly, it can crash down as seen in my video. Another odd thing is that there was no light on the front, which wouldn't be a big deal if its base cost were maybe $120 but at almost $200 its a strange thing to not include. The final things that were bothersome are that there is no bag for all of the accessories, and no way to hang the mop! All of my other cleaning devices are neatly hung on my wall and this one has to sit awkwardly in the corner. Now to brag about this device a bit. I love the concept. It combines a spinning steam mop, and a handheld steamer which is really unique and is super useful for consumers, and another thing definitely worth mentioning is that this thing gets super hot and produces a lot of steam so it cleans pretty well. Love it. Its also low profile so it fits easily under my cabinets, and there are a lot of different attachments which really enhances the versatility. But I have to end on one nit-picky thing. I know this is a multi use device, so it might not be an issue to some, but the experience of turning on the device and its functions is awkward. The buttons are oriented so that to read them you need to be facing the device, but ideally you'd hold the mop from the back and activate it with the other hand so it would make more sense for the labels to be flipped upside down. Currently a person has to squat down, turn on the steam, brace the mop, turn on the spinner, and stand back up while holding it so it doesn't spin out of control. I hate to give it such a low rating because I love the innovation, but this thing really should have gone through a few more rounds of user testing. Especially at the price point.

Pretty happy with this steam mop. It's easy to use and doesn't take long to figure out. The cord is long enough to cover my whole living room without unplugging and moving outlets, which is nice. It also gets under my sofa, which my old mop never could. I like having a few steam levels to pick from depending on the floor. The rotating mop head is probably my favorite feature making it a lot easier to get around furniture and into corners. The water tank also lasts a while, so I'm not refilling it every five minutes. Overall does a good job and makes mopping a lot less annoying.
