Had no problems setting it up but please get some ties to hold it together instructions didn't help much but its not hard to figure out wet ground first if you yard is hard itll help place the stakes in place we wet the floor before setting up tarps a bit small but you can always buy extra at Walmart or something ... show more

I was not surprised by the size. This is perfect for what I need. A chicken run. The shade wouldn’t last long, but my chickens have shade. They needed a place for winter sun.

Perfect for raising chicks until they are big enough to go in the big chicken coop. Right now I have one section overlapping the other, just layed it over top of the first section to make it smaller. Once the chicks get bigger I can extend it to its full size. The only thing I wish it had was a bigger door to be able to put the big water dispenser inside without having to pull the two sections apart. ... show more

This little cage was a snap to assemble and serves as a safe daytime addition to the chicken's coupe. We have chosen not to use it for overnight use. We are not sure how well it would hold up to night time predators, mainly because the wire stakes are a small gauge. That being said it did offer enough resistance that we were able to run off a couple of dogs that were trying to get at the chicken. A little on the spendy side for a wire enclosure.     • Not worth the money.
This works ok and holds baby birds like we expected, but it is not easy to move, it hooks to the ground and folds up when stakes are removed. It is sturdy, but not what we had hoped as far as being able to move babies around the yard.

For the price not bad. Very easy to assemble. It can be moved but bends very easily and not even outside a week and it is rusting.

I actually bought this as a portable yard for my two cats that we take camping with us so that they could enjoy the outdoors and sunshine. Worked great. If you get two of them it really gives them a lot of room to maneuver and you can connect them pretty easily.
