I’m giving this 5 starts because it is a beautiful piece. It is well made and well packaged and quickly sent. I was a little disheartened that it didn’t “glow” blue on the walls like the pictures they post when you’re picking which one you want to buy - but that’s life ain’t it. Mine do not shimmer blue on the walls like the photo they post. It lights up like a regular lamp, it is fairly bright (I bought the bulbs they recommend) it was easy to assemble - very easy. I purchased the ceiling lamp and loved it so much that I purchased another one for the nightstand for my purple bedroom. First I want to say that CopperBull is one of the best sellers I have dealt with in all the years of purchasing through Amazon. This lamp is unique and beautiful, the craftsmanship and quality of these lamps is superior. They are obviously labor intensive with all the glass mosaic, and the price is far below their worth for the amount of effort and quality that went into this lamp. I ordered both in lilac/lavender they are true to the color and beautiful. One reviewer stated that the lamp appeared too short for the stand he placed it on. I found that to be true so I placed a doily on a faux book and put the lamp on the book, then arranged a little floral around it and my genie lamp, it looked gorgeous on the night stand. The lamp alone looked beautiful but it did need a little height of about 3 inches. The faux book worked perfect and added to the beauty of the lamp. I used 25 watt candelabra bulbs, the lamp gives off a lot of soft light to see by and it also casts a romantic light design on the walls. The lamp arrived quickly and was packaged extremely well. The first lamp came in perfect this lamp came and I had to sign for it because the trucking company had set something heavy on it, damaged the box and the box got wet. This was not the seller it was the trucking delivery company. I was petrified to open the remaining of the box, but to my amazement it was packaged so well and secure that NOTHING was damaged. The lamp also has a sturdy on and off switch, it is not a roll switch it is a click on and off in which makes it very easy to turn off at night no fumbling with the switch. The lamp is very easy to assemble although you will need some strength in your fingers to pinch the clips that holds the top and bottom in place very firmly. If you like the lamp in the picture you will love it in person, it is beautiful, unique and made with quality in mind. Very well made. Easy to assemble. We combined it with some smart LED bulbs and it just spruces up the Living Room so much :). This was packaged so well it could have been bounced off the sidewalk! I would buy this same brand in a heartbeat.

This was purchased for a gift. I put it together-easily assemble however, attaching the glass globes to the base will need to be careful-a little tricky. It is beautiful unlit but when lit it is gorgeous!!
