Really like these lamps -- I bought one last year, and two more recently. They're packed extremely well. Take only a minute to assemble. Nice quality linen shade, too. Probably looks best with a 40 watt equivalent bulb (or less) -- 60 watts is a bit bright. But, 25 - 40 watt bulbs give a nice warm glow. There's a rocker switch on the cord -- and the base is heavy enough to keep the lamp in place (nice color combination). They make great accent lamps -- excellent value. ... show more

This is a nice sized lamp that will fit into the corner of a kitchen or a bathroom that won’t take up too much space but provides ambiance. Good quality (it survived a move); it matches all of the descriptions of the item. I love this little lamp, it's the perfect size for the bedside. I ordered the white but had to replace the shade because it was bright white and I needed to dim the light more, I have a 40 watt bulb, so I put the older shade on it until I can find a safe way to color the white one, so there isn't a fire hazard. ... show more
