I sold my car because the insurance got too expensive. This scooter goes anywhere I need to go with comfort and ease. The battery lasts for miles and miles. The scooter is powerful and takes small inclines with ease When the scooter was delivered in the box, the driver sat it on my driveway with care. I opened the box and cut the straps that held it on the pallet. I removed the wood brace in front of the front wheel and pushed the scooter off the pallet. There were bubble wrap protectors on some parts that came off easily. I screwed on the two mirrors fiund the keys and took a ride down the street. The ride was amazing. Then in a few days I got a call from the company to see how I liked their scooter. I was out for a ride at the time. Great product, even better support . Can’t ask for more! ... show more

It came easy to unpack. It is so pretty and flashy that everyone in my neighborhood is coming to see it. I love the scooter it’s gorgeous, I bought the bright yellow and I can’t be missed coming down the street. This is a great scooter I highly recommend it!

I have had this scooter for several months and am just getting to the review. It is very maneuverable, thanks to it's three wheel design. The speed and battery durability has been just as they described it. It is almost too powerful for me and I am thankful for the anti wheelie tires attached to the rear. I have ridden it at flea markets numerous times and around Silver Dollar City twice, saving a 54 rental fee twice. My back will not let me walk without pain so this scooter has been a true blessing. I am enjoying see family soccer games without pain and this scooter has a full high seat back which others do not. The large basket in the rear is nice, and my wife hooked a combination padlock on it for security. In addition, there is quite a bit of secure lockable storage under the seat and a small amount of lockable storage up front. I wish the Manuel was better and more detailed. This scooter is over 200 pounds. I had to buy a Bruno lift for the back of my truck. These are over 4000 dollars but I found a used one for half that and it handles it easily. I hated the high cost, but a love having this scooter every time I use it. It has improved my life beyond belief. ... show more

However if you have any issues with the scooter that requires repairs, the company will not come to assist you neither will they cover any cost associated with repairs needed. We have only had the scooter for about 2 months and we paid too much money not to receive the help that we need. The most they will do is have someone from the service department give you “advice”on the phone ... show more

As background, I am a senior citizen who began using a mobility scooter for the first time in 2022. The scooter that I used was more than adequate - 4-wheel, top speed = 4.9mph, driving range = 10 miles. I used it extensively during the warm months, and even a few times in the late fall. It was easily transportable in the back of my SUV. Still, I was thinking over the winter that I would like a scooter with greater power and range, and my shopping led me to the Deluxe Tyrant 3-wheel scooter. I received it about 3 weeks ago. There was a small repair needed due to a shipping hiccup, and the folks at e-wheels made things right immediately. I have been riding the scooter for the past week, and it is exactly as advertised: great range and power, very comfortable, handles great. Thus far I have no complaints whatsoever. I will retain my smaller scooter for car trips, as the Tyrant would not fit in the back of my vehicle. For my around town riding, however, this is the scooter that I will use. Love it! ... show more
