Ok i love this palette!! I was conflicted due to the reviews but was willing to take a chance. The matte shades are very pigmented and neon! The glitters are super pretty! The only downside is the glitters are a tad dry but with eyeshadow primer it’s all good, you can also still use without too. Honestly i’d rather them be a tad dry than overly greasy. I wore this to EDC Las Vegas all three nights and my makeup looked perfect at 9am the next morning! The trick is to put down a base - I used my Anastasia matte nude, then to layer on the non-simmer neon, then do the glitter. I ha to put down 2-3 layers of the neon before I added the glitter. The glitter is a little difficult to work with. I found a damn, flat, rounded brush worked best alongside my fingers! ... show more
