The only time it struggles to keep room at temp is when the outside temperature is 10 or 15 below. I was not expecting it to work fine when it’s only 5 outside but it does. Also great customer service, I had an issue with the 1st unit received, they promptly sent a replacement.

This is my second set of mini-splits in a barndominium I've lived in since 2010. Although I'd never heard of the brand, I read positive reviews and purchased a dual unit this spring and had a local HVAC company install them. They've worked great for a few months until an E4 error occured which indicated low pressure. The installer came back and found a loose fitting he missed. The best thing about these are the people at Della. I can't tell you how responsive and dedicated they are to customer service which is unfortunatley rare these days. They respond quickly and offer suggestions for troubleshooting. If you're considering these, rest assured, you'll be pleased!

The purchase of this mini split system was a great addition for central air. Also these system also provides heat for winter. My electrician installed this in about 3-4 hours

Terrible unit, almost one year of ownership, and in that year, I have been going back and forth with customer service because of a faulty unit; giving me trouble and errors. Called them multiple times; and in multiple instances, they sent parts that did not fix the problem. Today was the last call, The problem is still going. Their answer to my pleas of help, was that my warranty has ended and that they can no longer do anything. In which, throughout the year of contact, they did nothing to resolve the reoccurring problem. Which is quite frustrating, since I lost my money. This company is capitalism trash. Never buy from here, unkept promises.

I hired a professional AC contractor to install this, and I am glad that I did. I wanted it done right and honestly, there was no way, I could have done this myself. The unit works great and cools very efficiently. It looks great both inside and out. I highly recommend the Della products.
