We took out 2 old window units and my power bill dropped dramatically. The install was a little difficult even for my experienced electrician - and to be honest we may have installed the intake and drain line in wrong spots but it doesn't seem to matter. Loved this product and it made a world of a difference! We used this in our garage which has no insulation inside and it completed cooled down the space. The unit came in two separate boxes but it has everything you need to set it up, although my husband is very handy and good at figuring things out. It is very quiet you can barely hear that it is on. There’s also fan options which allow you to adjust the speed. We haven’t tried the heating feature yet because it is very hot out. There is a timer feature on here as well which is great. We have been turning it off at night but leaving it running for most of the day to keep the space cool. Would absolutely recommend this unit for anyone looking to cool down their space! ... show more

The costumer service was amazing. It came in two big boxes on 2 separate days. Amazon had said they were delivered on 1 day but we only received part of the order. I wrote them and they were quick to respond and then check back. To make sure we got it. We had someone come and put it in and it works amazing. It's so quiet. I thought maybe it was warming up but nope its just super quiet. Plus it oscilates up and down and side to side. The remote has a bunch of different functions that I'm still learning but I would, so far, 100% recommend this unit and this seller. ... show more

After installation E 4 popped up. There are no troubleshooting steps for error codes provided with this unit and no customer support. The unit kept shutting off. Had to disassemble inside unit and found a temperature sensor connector was never plugged in on the board. After assembly the unit runs consistently. There are no instructions for the remote so good luck. After all finally done discovered the unit does not function as advertised. It says 12000 btu however it will not cool off the room. With the highest speed IE turbo and temp set to 60 it cools half as well as my G.E. portable AC rated at 6200 btu. I am not at all satisfied and feel I have been ripped off. Love this thing!! Installed easy, there are some things to know! But there are many videos on utube. Location important, having enough space in panel for another run of power. A platform or a homemade concrete pad needed. There are extra wires in box for other models thats kinda confusing.Which end of wires go out to unit is another thing insulated ends out to unit. Works awesome quiet ! Oh and heat just as good !!! ... show more
