DAMAGED PRINTER
I purchased a Dell E514DW Wireless Monochrome Laser Multifunction Printer from this seller last year and only recently unpacked it as I prepare to open my business next month. Unfortunately, the printer did not include a USB cable, and I have also been unable to get the Wi-Fi functionality to work properly. This has been very disappointing, especially since I was counting on having a fully functional printer ready for my business opening. I recommend that buyers carefully inspect their package upon arrival and verify that all accessories are included and that the wireless features are working correctly while the return or warranty period is still active.

Old drivers, can’t scan
I love Dell printers. This one will not update to a driver that is compatible and I cannot scan to my computer to save my life. Disappointed. Otherwise it copies fine and prints great.

Printer only
Bought this thinking it would replace a brother machine. This has no keypad to program in emails to scan anything into emails. Not very well explained or represented in information amazon needs to do a better job of showing capabilities of products before buying
