Functions way better than the flat treadmills as far as ergonomic joint/muscle recovery. The different resistance levels help as well when trying to work different muscle groups. Hope you like it as much as I did for those looking for a curved treadmill :-) All parts were received in good condition in tight bubble wrap within a wooden sturdy crate. I assembled it by myself, but would recommend two people like the instructions say to hold and attach pieces quicker. One downside to assembly is there was “metallic sand” in the parts (from manufacturing factory I assume). Basically tiny grey balls inside some parts that made them feel like those toy sand shakers. Make sure to thoroughly shake out all parts outside or on a tarp before assembling them in your designated location (I chose my garage and have left it there ever since).

I was really excited to get this treadmill. I was so disappointed while unpacking it, thousands of tiny metal shavings, looking like ball bearings but really small spilled out of the unit causing a complete mess. So small individually they are hard to see until to get 30 or 40 of them together. I assume these are the shavings from building the metal frame and arms but after an hour trying to clean it up, I removed the mat flooring in my exercise room as there were too many of these metal shavings. I would not wish this mess on anyone. Picture below is only 5% of the total mess I had to clean up.

I purchased this treadmill in November 2024. I use it almost everyday, I weigh 200 pounds and the treadmill feels very stable and solid. The track is wide, the treadmill is well built. The only bad thing I have to say about the treadmill is that the monitor is useless for tracking distance. It's not even close in comparison to using my garmin or apple watch. If you're looking for an accurate monitor, this is not the one. But if you're looking for a very well built curved treadmill at a more affordable price point, I'd recommend this one for sure.

The unassembled treadmill is wider than my hallway and interior doorway. I can't tilt it to use the wheels because it's too wide. Can't put it on the side on a dolly because the side pieces are light plastic and can't hold the weight of the main piece. Customer service was useless and only suggested "a professional assembly service" which is stupid considering its not even assembled.
