This pan is awesome and I love it. You screw the handle on when you get it. It is substantial and not a cheap light weight pan. The design is attractive, with a more rounded top slightly than some flatter skillets. It makes it easier to keep food in. The stainless steal is beautiful and cleans up better than other stainless pans I have. It's obviously not non stick and that's what I love about stainless, it's healthier than coated pans, but with this pan food actually comes off of it slightly easier. It washes just fine in the dishwasher and by hand. Very nice, well made high quality brand and skillet. I have ordered more sizes Update: I have had these pans now for many months and I wanted to let people know 2 main complaints you don't realize in the beginning. The edges of all the skillets I have from this company are super sharp and if you run your finger over it just barely when cleaning it, it will slice you open like a high end knife. I've dont it now a million times and I'm finally done using these pans because of this. Also it is not non stick. Like other reviews state, eggs stick like crazy and it's a nightmare and hours of soaking to clean them. So unfortunately I do not recommend these pans anymore

The diamond like pattern works well at keeping food from sticking. I bought the pan to test the technology. This was the cheapest pan that had the hybrid technology. I think it was a good buy. When the pan came, I washed it and decided to cook an egg. I put the pan on med heat and put some olive in the pan. Like the manufacturer claims, the oil stuck and spread itself evenly. I put the egg in and it cooked evenly. I think I had the heat up a little too high, but will test it as I use it more. Maybe Med-Low next time. The egg cooked evenly and didn't stick as advertised. I used my silicone spatula so I haven't yet tested the claim that you can safely use metal utensils. The egg slid right out of the pan and clean up was super easy. The only concern I have is the rim of the pan is turning brown... After just one use...! We'll see how it holds up. Also the pan is a very lightweight and I am a little concerned about how even it distributes heat. But I will admit, the egg did cook evenly so I'll need to test it a little more to get a feel for how well heat is distributed. The diamond pattern is attractive to look at and the 6" pan is barely big enough to cook an egg or hold a slice of bread. The egg did taste great though. So for the moment, I'm impressed.

With so many blatantly deliberate diversion misrepresentations, the whole thing amounts to nothing less than a scam. They cite stainless steel as "healthy material," except you'll be cooking on the PFAS coating, not on SS. There's zero information about the non-stick coating, just irrelevant and inapplicable scammy buzzwords. 100% junk (mis)information. That's a clear sign that coating material is PFAS. No way it's safe to 600F. You have to attach the handle yourself to the studs. Crucial fact missing from item page. They'll probably snap off if you overtighten and with enough heat-cool cycles.

This is a sturdy pan - just disappointed that nothing tried works with it for eggs. They stick. Always. Skillet is fairly easy to clean but over easy just isn’t happening. Same results with this brand in a larger size.

This set of stainless steel pans are beyond my expectations. They are heated up faster than my iron wok. They are big enough but surprisingly lightweight. Their handles are cool enough to touch even when the pans are really hot. Food is easy to pour out without much back dripping. When I heat the pans up to a high temperature and then reduce heat and then add oil and lastly food, the food doesn't stick to the pan. Even if it sticks, it can be easily scrape off. The only cons are: they have no covers and there are some minor scratches on the edges of all pans. Nevertheless, they worth 5 stars for their price and quality.
