Easy to use. The fan isn't too loud. The small size and capacity is great for smaller spaces. Fills up the tank in about 5 days when used in a small bathroom.

I got this dehumidifier to use in our master closet but I wasn’t thinking about an electrical socket in close proximity, there was none. So I put it in our utility room instead. I can keep it running with a continuous drain by placing the drain hose in our sink. But you don’t have to use the hose and can manually dump the water from the removable tank yourself. It really does help keep the moisture down. On days that are more humid, you can see the water rising in the tank throughout the day. Once the water level gets to the drain spout, the water drains into the sink. It’s not loud at all you can barely hear it run. Plus I love the different color light options. I’m very happy with it. and recommend it for smaller spaces. Note: Make sure to read instructions. It recommends a 48 hr continuous run, for the first use.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a dehumidifier for my bathroom as the humidity causes pink mold to grow and other issues. I found this item with an odd looking picture that looked like the inner part of a dehumidifier. The price was cheap and the description met what I was looking for so I ordered it. What arrived was exactly what I was looking for and it works very well! Opening up the package, I found a very nice dehumidifier with a display. It included a power cord with no wall wart, a short hose, an extra container plug and a very simple manual that seems to be very customer service oriented. The humidifier has a bunch of nice features: It has a timer function to turn it off in 8 hours, 12 hours or 24 hours. It has a nighttime mode which reduces the fan speed making the unit very quiet and turns off the light. Colorful lights are built in with lots of modes to use as a nightlight and they also tell you when the container is full or missing. The dehumidifier stops automatically when the container fills up. The air intake is on the back which has a cover that removes easily. It seems you could add an air filter in this space behind the cover. This is one of the few smaller dehumidifiers I have seen that actually has a drain hose. To use it, remove the plug from the tank and install the hose leading to a house drain. I may use this feature in my bathroom as drains are nearby. For testing, I placed this appliance in my bathroom and let it run for 24 hours. Our shower gets used 3-4 times daily and this device picked up about an inch of water in that 24 hours! I documented 48 hour mark as well and it was a bit less than two inches, quite impressive considering it is warm outside and we are running the AC in our house. Afterwards I ran it on the Nightime mode and it did seem to pick up a bit less water per hour, but was still very functional even at this lower speed. Additional testing I checked the power consumption of the humidifier which was about 55 watts of power with everything running. Lowering the fan speed or turning out the light only knocked down the wattage by a watt or two. The lowest consumption I saw was 52 watts. This humidifier by Lonxfy works by passing electricity between two different types of metals - one gets hot the other cold and makes the air flowing over the fins condensate the water it holds. Some more efficient humidifiers actually have an AC unit inside and pass the air over both coils to produce the same effect. But this technology is much more expensive. Lastly my inquisitive mind had to know if the picture on the A page was really from this humidifier. A Philips screwdriver revealed the truth and yes, the only picture shown on the sellers page at the time I was writing this is indeed a simulated part inside this unit. All looked good inside and it worked fine when I put it back together. I am happy with our Dehumidifier from Lonxfy as it has helped make my bathroom a much nicer place.

This is a good dehumidifier, it has a cute display and design, and is the perfect size for a small room. It works well, it collected an impressive amount of water, even though it's drier than usual now that it's winter. You can set the timer for how long you want this to work. It even comes with a drain hose if you want to remove a lot of water and just leave this on all the time without emptying the tank yourself. Though the tank is easy to remove and dump. This seems designed for use in bedrooms, as it has a nightlight setting where you can change the colors, and you can activate nighttime mode for extra quiet running. I didn't have problems sleeping with this on in that mode.

I've purchased a number of smaller dehumidifers for our bathrooms over the years to help clear out the moisture and help dry towels and shower curtains faster. Here in TN, we're always battling humidity and mildew. This is honestly the best small dehumidifier I have purchased. There are a number of features I really like that makes this one stand out from the others... 1. It moves more air than others, which helps with efficiency. 2. The drip tray under the condensers is easy to clean, because it makes up the entire top of the collection tank (instead of being contained within the unit). This also makes it possible to access the condensers with a narrow brush to clean them. 3. The back panel pops off and there is a recess where you can place some filter media (which I would recommend to keep the dust from clogging up the condenser fins and to help extend fan life). 4. It is very efficient. Most smaller units pull between 0.25-0.30 amps. This one has double peltier coolers and a strong fan, so it removes a lot of moisture, and it pulls 0.35 amps, which is roughly equivalent to a 40w light bulb. 5. The tank is quite large and includes a drain port and drainage tube. 6. The LED light projects mostly rearward, so it doesn't stab you in the eyes in the middle of the night. 7. The design is very aesthetically pleasing, with soft corners, rounded edges, and a front panel that looks almost upholstered in how it wraps around. Somebody mentioned that there is no constant-on setting, but that is the default if you just turn it on and don't select a timer option. I keep mine running 24/7. Also, if you want to turn the light off, you can either long hold the light button, or press the sleep button twice. Ours is placed on the back of the toilet where it can drain right into the toilet tank, so the collection tank never needs to be emptied. It just sits there, chugging away, pulling water out of the air.
