It is easy enough to assemble, and came in early. The problem I have is there’s a safety warning not to exceed 45MPH. It’s rated at 500 lbs capacity, and I’m only loading it with less than 200 lbs. how do you haul anything on an interstate or any road outside city limits? The item looks good but was missing all the hardware, the tie down straps and the bolts. After numerous messages with the vendor I have still have not gotten anything from them. Will never use them again and am very disappointed with with Amazon's lack of help in resolving this problem.

    • Very Difficult to load the wheel-chair on it. Do Not Recomend it for SUV's
Well. Did not expect it to be heavy duty for this price, but what can I say, it holds the scooter-mobile with me on top of it. The REAL ISSUE that I have with it is it's too high off ground. I have an SUV with already low hitch, (about 12in off ground), but the setup this thing comes with, raises that by about another 3 inches. That results in the Ramp Angle Too High, which results in the chair either getting hung up on the belly, or front or back wheels hanging. So either way, can't get it on without major assistance (heavy pushing). I suppose it would work fine on even lower cars, like sedans, but I would not recommend it for SUV's. ... show more

    • It is heavy, should have ordered one made out of aluminum.
Does not fit a truck, you need to order a different hitch, one that has at least a 6" drop.
