The media could not be loaded. EDIT!!! I had someone else come over and look at it and they figured it out. The directions could be a little more specific but overall a AMAZING swing that we all seem to LOVE. Bought it for my 4 year old & my 16 year old and myself love to relax and swing too. Definitely recommend but if the holes are not matched up something is placed wrong it’s not the swing itself The holes do not match up so I can not get the legs into the too frame they also did not send enough washers or the caps to the ends of the screws. I sent them a message and hope to hear back ASAP

Pros- omgsh so first of all this thing is amazing an my 10 year old who jas autism can swing in this thing for hours every day. We have had it for a few months now an inswear shes used it every single day. People walk by am ask were i got it and how they want one for there kids. My 2 year old loves it as well an sometimes both my 10 year old and 2 year old lay down an swing in it together. My down stairs neighbors 2 year old loves to use it as well. Baiskly its huge hit. Cons- it really hurt putting it together...an i lift weights and is healthy and strong. But it took me hours just for one part of it. I was reslly upset. It says you need two people to do this part but even with two people it could easily really hurt someone. I think they should just deal with having a bigger box for packaging and leave that part for the proffessionals because I cant tell ya how manny face plants i did. Another con is that its very rickety (it has uet to break) but I get worried its going to break soon. Hopfully not. My 10 year old is really rambunxious on it an shes pretty big for her age. Overall I have no regrets an wouod by this every summer if i had too at such a great price although when I got it was only $100

The media could not be loaded. The swing is so perfect!. Very relaxing and everyone can use it no matter what age really. My son is 14 months and he loves when we sit in it and swing with him and he can climb in and swing on his own. it has its own momentum When there is weight on it so you don’t even have to push it . Only downside is the instructions suck. Nothing is labeled you basically have to figure it out on your own. Took me And my mom like 3hrs To put together

Frame came in one box. Swing came in second box. Both boxes came damaged. First one ripped with wrapping protruding. Second one came with original shipping label cut off of original box and taped to new box. New box was too short lengthwise for contents. All pieces accounted for in first box. Nylon rope missing from second box. All pieces of first box with frame were scratched or chipped some. All pieces that made it in second box appeared to be in good shape. Connecting horizontal cross bar pieces that connected via one bolt in center did not fit snugly. It had too much play in it. Diameters not good fit. Paint chipped and flaked easily during assembly. Paint not applied well. Brackets attached well to horizontal cross pieces. Leg poles that attach to bracket interfered with adjacent leg making it impossible to line up predrilled holes to insert bolt. Predrilled leg holes needed to be 1/2” closer to end of pole. Could not assemble the frame due to this. I contacted seller three times to start a return. I received a single return shipping label with a weight listed of 11 pounds. Seller stated that return process is burdensome and they did not want to restock their item. I was told to keep it and they would refund my money. I don’t want the items, and that’s not the return policy. It seemed like a way to refuse a refund if the item was not sent back. Second contact requested shipping label for frame stating only received one label and need second to return item. The seller responded that the item has a one year warranty and they can replace the parts. They would need to replace 6 poles and furnish the nylon rope that never made it. No thanks. Contacted seller a third time again requesting the shipping label stating that I have sent the one box already. No response from seller. I have contacted Amazon’s claim center and am waiting for their assistance.

**Update: I purchased a separate trapeze attachment to use interchangeably on the swing frame, depending on the kids’ moods (see pic). After some research, I picked CREATIVE CEDAR DESIGNS Ultimate Triangle Rings & Trapeze bar because it has the shortest chain and is under $20. The chain is 37” and still a bit long, but I just loop the extra back onto the clip and it’s fine. I usually throw a couple of patio furniture cushions underneath if the kids want to do some daredevil moves. This swing/trapeze combo has been great for keeping these monkeys entertained. Original review: This is a compact swing set that works well for small backyard areas. I paid under $120 for the frame and seat combo. The frame is low quality metal with minimal instructions, but at least all the pieces are there and easy to put together. The swing seat I’d give 4.5 stars for the material and sturdiness. Note that you’re instructed to pour concrete, but I suspect that many people would rather skip this step. I didn’t want to make this cheaply constructed frame a permanent fixture in my yard, neither did I want to destroy my AstroTurf. Trying it with zero additional support, the legs take turns lifting off the ground with even a 4-year-old 35 pounder swinging above waist level. We ended up screwing on wooden planks across the bottom (see pic), and now my 4 and 7 year olds can swing together with very little lift. I’d say it can safely take 100 lbs now. I plan to get sandbags to throw on for even more stability when I have time. All in all, it’s a cheaply made set that does the job with some help. I would recommend it.
