I love this treadmill and love Deerrun's support team even more!! I originally bought the older version of this treadmill which worked great for about a year, but then one day when I was using it, the motor started smoking, so I turned it off for a few hours, tried starting it back up, and it threw an error code and the belt wouldn't move. (It's worth mentioning that I walked almost every single day on this treadmill for at least 5 miles straight, so excessive use could have caused the motor to run too hot). I contacted the Deerrun support team who replied super quickly, confirmed they could not troubleshoot the error remotely, and then sent me a brand new treadmill free of charge! They even sent me the newer version of the treadmill (BA04 V2.0). It was all resolved in under a week and I was back up and walking on the new treadmill! I very much trust that if I do encounter another issue, the Deerrun support team will be super quick to resolve it, so for that, I highly recommend this treadmill! ... show more

    • Cheap treadmill that works but is loud if you don’t level or adjust rollers

Out the Box the belt started shifting to the left and then a loud rattling sound starts until I realign the belt endlessly every minute Today was my first day and it worked solid for 3:30 hours and then I got tired lol The sound was loud but no one could tell I was walking in a tread mill and the engine clutter was fine also I just wish I could keep the belt straight and that the device wasn’t so sensitive to operate properly I’d like to be able to not worry about walking wrong or the belt moving I just want it to work I’m hoping there is a solution where I can keep it straight and will be researching this further as I feel all units would be like this/not a defect Editing after a day and I’ve decided not to return because I like that I can adjust the height of the legs and that fixed my issue because my floor was loud Even with $2000 treadmils you have to become somewhat of a technician and maintain it ... show more

**If remote fails you cannot operate*** I have only been able to use 2-3 times since purchasing. Once with new remote, than went on vacation. Used 1 day and a few hours the next before remote failed again… After receiving 2nd remote, from Deerun. After 2 times using this walking pad… the remote failed again…customer support keeps wanting me to troubleshoot. How many new batteries and trying to “re-pair” the remote, before they realize, my unit is faulty. 1st support member was great. After 2nd remote fail, customer support has been horrible. Here are my issues. If remote fails, even while using you have to manually shut off power to get the track to stop, not very safe. You can’t start/stop the track without remote. Not a huge deal but, (when remote works) and you stop for any reason, all your data on display resets….. So unless you see the display that is usually under desk,and can’t easily see, and you stop or pause for any reason, remember to write down, you lose information…. Has no Bluetooth capability to sync to any fitness tracker…. I really wanted to love this unit, price point was good, light weight and easy to move. But it doesn’t do much for me sitting by my desk not working. ... show more

I am updating my review from a 1/5 star to a 3/5 star. The reason I am doing this is because they did send me a new treadmill promptly when I reached out the them. So good customer service. the new one has lasted a few months now and hasn't broke. I will say though, I can only walk about 2 miles at a time or it starts to smell a little bit like burnt rubber. For the most part, 2 miles at a time is good and I usually want to sit down but anyone who comes into my office when I am walking always mentions the smell. That is why I am leaving my review to a 3/5 instead of 1/5. ____________________________________ PRIOR Review: I recently purchased an under desk treadmill from Amazon, and I'd like to provide a detailed account of my experience to help potential buyers make an informed decision. Mileage and Durability: The treadmill performed satisfactorily for the initial miles. However, I only managed to walk a total of 47.93 miles on it before encountering issues. That's not a lot of distance for a product that's designed for regular use. Performance Issues: Around 20 miles into using the treadmill, I noticed a distinct smell, reminiscent of burnt rubber. This was concerning as it suggested that some internal components were overheating or wearing out prematurely. I continued to use it, hoping it might have been a one-off issue, but unfortunately, this was not the case. By the time I reached 47.93 miles, the treadmill began making significant rattling noises. Soon after, it stopped working altogether. This was quite disappointing given that I had used the treadmill for a relatively short amount of time. Maintenance: For readers wondering about maintenance - yes, I did my part. I regularly applied oil and lubricant to the treadmill as directed. The first deerrun treadmill I received didn’t work. Customer service quickly issued a return label and fed ex picked it up from my house. My replacement arrived in a couple of days and works great. I slide it under the bed when not in use. I’m excited to be walking not in the basement. With warm weather I may even move it to my porch or watch tv while I get my steps in.
