I bought this for my somewhat small office and it works great! It's easy to use and stores super well. The only drawback is that it's slightly louder than what I was hoping for, but my coworkers say they can't even tell - so that's good! Definitely recommend in conjunction with a standing desk.

I purchased this about 9 months ago, and don't bother to leave a review very often. After 9 months of use, averaging 6-7 miles a week, the belt did split a little, and my remote stopped working for some reason. HOWEVER, they still get 4 stars b/c contacting customer service resulted in an immediate response, and since I was within the 1 year warranty, they're sending me a replacement walking pad.     • Had high hopes
I have now purchased this treadmill twice. It was the perfect size and weight for my work area and I loved it for about 2 months. I walk 3-5 times a week for anywhere from 2-4 hours, broken up over an 8-hour day. It was great until it wasn't. About 3 months in I noticed the treadmill getting really warm near the motor and that although it said I was walking at a 2.3 it felt more like a 1.7. This began happening around the 30 minute mark and I would have to end my walk. I would turn it off and unplug it, which would do the trick until the next time I tried to use it. I dealt with this for another month until I just couldn't even walk on it any longer. I was able to return it and decided to give it a go again since all the reviews were great, as was my initial experience, only to have the exact same thing happen again. I made sure it was always oiled and taken care of but it just didn't seem to cut it. If you only plan on using this for a few minutes a day or to collect dust on your floor, than this is the item for you. Love the idea but will not be making this mistake for a 3rd time. Cutting my losses and hoping to find something that can hold up for longer than a few months. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Update 19/10/23: Deer run contacted me about my issues with the treadmill, they offered a replacement but unfortunately in my location (Puerto Rico, US) they can't send a replacement instead they offered a refund for the problems with no need to return the treadmill this after the 30 day return window closed from Amazon. Great service provided by after sales rep Hugo from Deerrun. I wasn't expecting too much from this walking pad for the price and that's what I pay for. I had to constantly keep adjusting the belt at the point that is very hard to do it and still it keeps shifting to the sides and not centered. The quality is good, works as intended when the belt is not shifting the remote is OK. Customer service is OK, my treadmill have a damage to the belt because of the shifting it has, they suggested to cut the damage part with scissors. But yeah for the price you can't ask a lot more. It does the job and would see how much time it continues to work I don't have high expectations for longevity. ... show more

It gets the job done but it's very narrow so someone who is bigger may have a hard time not hitting the edges. I'm small and have done it a few times, and by size I mean just bigger feet or taller person. It fits just fine under the desk and is not heavy so it's easy to wheel around. The monitor is great as it tracks the distance and time you have on. The speeds are perfect for an easy pace. I use it when I work but mostly during a meeting since trying to type and walk or talk online can be more of a challenge as the motor isn't silent ... show more

I purchased this walk pad for my office. It worked great the first few times, but then the belt kept moving from side to side no mater how much I adjusted it. I contacted the seller and explained the issue. They emailed me back within a few hours. They worked with me for a few days to try and fix the issue, but once they figured out what was wrong they sent me a brand new machine. I have been walking on the new machine now for over a week and I have had NO ISSUES! This companies' customer service is wonderful. Not only did they fix my issues, they have kept in contact with checking on the replacement. It's a great pad and worth the money. ... show more
