Overall this treadmill is a great buy if you’re looking for something to add a little activity into your day. As a tall person, I found myself having to adjust my stride because it isn’t a full length treadmill, but that’s to be expected. It is quiet, light weight, and reaches a good speed for how small it is. I use it under my desk and as a way to get in extra steps while I watch TV. The display tracks your speed, mileage, calories burnt, and time on the machine and the remote makes it easy to use. The only compliant I have is that the belt will sometimes shift to the left or right and I’ll have to get off and adjust it. Also, if I let myself get too far back on the belt then my shoes catch on the plastic bits on the end of the belt. All in all, this is a great buy for what I use it for! ... show more

it can be loud down stairs. I'm 5'8" and it's almost too short for me. Keep track of the remote, or you'll have to replace it! It won't take the place of cardio, but it's nice to get the body circulatory system a break. For days when it is too hot or cold and I need to stand up and stretch my legs every so often. I can lean it up against the wall until I want to walk for 10 or 30. Or walk slowly & listen to a podcast... ... show more

Update: After contacting the company they were super responsive, said my treadmill was still under warranty (purchased 5 months ago) and immediately sent me a new remote. It’s working great now, 4 stars for having to go through the trouble. This is the most expensive piece of junk I’ve ever purchased. Used 5 times, gone for the summer, tried to start it up again and now have an error that apparently has no fix. ... show more

I like this treadmill because it can be hidden under a bed. I do wish it were a little longer for a longer stride. My feet tend to hit the back edges once in a while and it makes a loud noise that startles me! Overall, I think I’d buy it again.

I initially got this walking pad for my birthday in July. Shortly afterwards, my coworker got the same walking pad. We quickly realized that our remotes controlled each other's walking pads. An inconvenient issue with regard to tracking our progress. I reached out to their support and they responded immediately. So, for those who are having this issue, please see the below steps for pairing your remote to your machine. The second option is what worked for us! Otherwise, we have both absolutely loved these walking pads! 1. First, you need to turn on the machine. Second, hold the + speed button of the remote control. when you hear a beep, which means that it was successfully paired. (Release the + speed button after hearing the beep.) If the steps above did not work, you can try these alternative steps: 2. First, you need to turn off the machine. Second, hold the start button, the one in the middle of the "+" and "-" buttons of the remote control, and at the same time turn on the switch of the machine. When you hear a beep, it means that it was successfully paired. (Release the start button after hearing the beep.) ... show more
