Though small and manageable may seem great, it's small capacity only allows for 3 minutes of steam and after the first 90 seconds the steam is weak and in pressure discharge mode. After the 3rd refill and less than 1/4 of my tiny (rv size) tub that is regularly cleaned I decided scrubbing it would be easier. In addition the hose leaked really hot water (from the middle) and burnt my hand. The lids safety feature did work and doesn't open until pressure is released and it has had a minute to cool.

Product was used. The funnel was stained with black gunk that looked like mold. Sprays air and water and not stream. Does not get hot. Most disgusting was when I emptied out the tank and mold poured out. The mold was a thin strip about an inch long. Product was definitely used. Returning this tomorrow

I guess the saying is true that you get what you pay for because this steamer is crap. Got it today & was all psyched to use it. Blah bc it barely blows out much steam & it's not enough to actually get anything even partially clean. Am VERY disappointed in the waste of money spent on it.
