Absolutely NO RESPONSE from customer support website. Looks like a gimmick to keep buyers from getting refunds on sub-par products. This steam cleaner does not do what a steam cleaner is supposed to do. About this item (Description on Amazon) "【High Temperature and Pressurized】With 1050W high power to generate 135℃ high temperature,the pressure steam up to 3.0bar The box says 900- 1050 Watt 300ml 2.8bar It only reaches up to 96°C or 204°F for a split second and then goes down below 80° C/176° F and fails to keep that temperature. In order to get any pressure I have to press the trigger REALLY HARD with both hands. In order to disinfect it needs to be in the range of 121°C (250°F) and 132°C (270°F). "【Large Capacity & Fast Heating】350ml water tank capacity (recommend filling 200ml with water) can provide continuous steam for about 10 minutes without adding water frequently. Only need about 3 minutes to produce pressurized hot steam quickly." It does NOT provide continuous steam. Steam comes out in spurts for a few seconds, even when I'm holding the trigger in as hard as I can. Usually it's not even hot enough for steam and spurts warm water and air. Sometimes nothing comes out at all and I have to unplug it, wait for it to cool down and start over to get it to do anything. The instructions on the User's Manual says to let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes. The INDICATOR LIGHT goes off in 3 minutes, but that doesn't mean it's ready.     • Don't waste your money
I purchased 10/24/23. I just opened the box to use 02/7/24. Steam and boiling water came out from the seam on this product I burnt my hand. Of course I could not find any warranty on the paperwork. Of course had to pick one star would not let me leave it blank! Rachael/Texas

You sent me a unit that was preowned and returned to you. There were parts missing and the parts that were there were just stuck in the box. There was residue on some of the parts indicating they were used before. There were no instructions or warranty at all. The unit did heat up but the trigger did not work. No steam would come out when the trigger was pulled. Nothing I could do made this work. After letting it cool I could not remove the cap. It would just turn. Had to use a wrench to relieve the pressure. This is not my first steam cleaner but it will be the last of this brand. Just send a truck to pick it up. I'm not spending time sending it back. I am a partially disabled veteran and cannot just run around returning Broken(New) purchases. I'm surprised that amazon would have a practice of repackaging broken products. This is such a awesome little steamer. It’s cord is a bit short and it sometimes seems like it’s out of water when it isn’t, but still it cleans well.
