Its ok- not thrilled. Very decent with new features. Had previous model for years - had to replace the espresso cup strainer several times- would end up clogging but very inexpensive and easy to replace. Wanted the different model in avocado green but was incredibly more expensive 2x.

Ordered this espresso machine under the clear expectation that it would be brand new. What I received, however, was clearly used and in unacceptable condition. When I opened the box, the components were carelessly thrown in and completely unwrapped, nothing like the proper packaging shown in official unboxing videos. Several pieces were visibly dirty, had a strong smell of coffee, and even contained leftover coffee grounds. When I attempted to rinse the parts, the water turned brown, further confirming this was previously used. Additionally, the machine itself has scratches on the exterior, likely due to mishandling by a previous owner or poor return processing. This is not what I paid for, and selling a used product as new is misleading and unacceptable. I have already initiated a return, but I expect a proper replacement: a completely new, unused unit in original packaging, as advertised. ... show more
