Not a light project but instructions are clear . Came well packaged. No missing or damaged parts . Parts were all labeled. I built most of it by myself. Looks great . Very strong design . The "z" clips for the roof panels are difficult to deal with. It took me about 40 hours to build with minimal help. If you are not mechanically inclined get help. ... show more

I live in this when I’m not at work. This is one of the best things ever. Highly recommend. I do recommend watching a video on setting it up just so you have an idea cause it can be a little frustrating. When it’s complete though it can be a place to retreat to!!

I read a lot of reviews before buying this one. overall I'd say most are spot on. I assembled this with my son over a weekend. **needed an extra person when we were installing the posts and cross beams. I'd say that the instructions were pretty good over all. The bags of screws were labeled properly as were all the parts. The sheer volume of screws for this thing will intimidate even a seasoned DIYer - there are A LOT of screws. Installed on 14' x 18' concrete patio and bought my own anchor screws to set the posts into the patio. The only hassle was the roof panels - they require a lot of patience and finesse - or just a lot of cursing. curtains and netting seem to work fine. You'll need to find a way to keep them from blowing around - I haven't found a good method yet. you can easily fit plastic ties between the roof struts and the roof panels if you want to run lights. we've had some heavy rains and everything stays dry underneath. I'm happy with my purchase and would buy this again ... show more

After looking for several weeks at local home improvement stores only to find they were sold out for the season, I went to looking online. I viewed similar sizes online at premiere gazebo vendors but i did not want to spend the money they were selling them at. So out of curiosity I jumped on Amazon. This gazebo fit all of our specifications, so with a pit in my stomach, I placed the order. A few days later the boxes arrived via Fed Ex at my home. The boxes were delivered without many bumps or dents on the outside so I was happy. Once we were ready to begin getting things laid out I cut open the boxes to find all the panels nicely packaged, labeled and secured with additional enforcements mounted inside the boxes. With all of the parts that there is that makes up this gazebo we only ran into one tiny flaw on the top side of a roof panel. A minor scratch that we put clear coat on. The instructions are pretty much all picture illustrations with very little written details, yet they were easy to follow. The tools they included would be sufficient to construct the unit although we opted for power screw drivers. So far I am very happy with my purchase and glad I checked Amazon and not give into paying a higher price elsewhere. ... show more

My brother and 2 of his coworkers who do this for a living got this put together in about 2 to 2.5 hours. Otherwise I would have taken my brother and I probably 4 to 5. The Gazebo itself is beautiful and made well, had 1 piece come dented and another scratched but aren't visible where they were so no big deal. The curtains and customer service are why I gave it 4 starts instead of 5. Curtains are darker than what is shown and the nettings is more of an olive green color than a dark brown and is very ugly. For the customer service I emailed and asked for a copy of the instructions ahead of time so I could figure out what wood screws to buy to secure it. I was told since I didn't buy directly from them they couldn't help me. I wrote back stating I did buy from them directly (their store on here) via Amazon and they never responded. So far I am happy with the Gazebo itself, just not the netting colors or customer service. Will update in 6 months if that changes. ... show more
