The customer service was incredible. I had several questions about the gazebo, so I emailed the customer service department at least three times before we ordered and once before we assembled and received an answer with in 24 hours each time . When I placed the order I was told to expect the 7 boxes in 10 days; they were delivered in three days. We inventoried each box for the parts and all were delivered. We even received a few extra screws and nuts. All parts were neatly packed and well protected. Assembly was as expected, a little tough. I hired two handymen and enlisted my son-in-law so there were 4 of us working. It took a solid 8 hours to complete. The instructions could be better as it is only pictures and sometimes tough to follow, but workable. I highly recommend you have power drills and or power screwdrivers (5/32 bit). We used drills instead of the one allen wrench provided. Also suggest you have at least two ladders. We had two but could have used one or two more. We only had a few areas where the holes didn't line up and we were able to enlarge the holes slightly to fit. Most important thing is to expect a long day but know it will be worth it. We are extremely happy with the gazebo.

Very sturdy! Takes the beatings of the tree seeds dropping on it just fine. Be prepared to work when you put it together though. There are ALOT of pieces! Totally worth it though

Had 3 guys that work with their hands every day and it took us over 8 hours and it's still not done. Roof is up but not 100% buttoned down, screens aren't in place, not anchored either, we ran out of time. Now, it looks GREAT, we are happy with it but DEFINITELY get 4 guys to put this up. Also, you would think the instructions would be in box marked #1, Nope, think it was in box #4 or #5. Definitely a great gazebo but not a simple one to put together.

We knocked it out in one day. Took three of us 8 hours to put it together. There was a few bent parts, but were able to bend it back easily. The instructions were pretty easy to follow for the most part. Mine came with anchor bolts along with all other hardware. Had several extra bolts and curtain/net hangers. Just had a heavy down pour and it had no leaks. I would recommend this gazebo to anyone that doesn't want to deal with wood. No painting or dry rot. All parts were powder coated. Should last 20-30 years.

All I can say is WOW !!!! LOOKS GREAT !!!!! BUT HERE IS THE DOWN SIDE...... There were 4 of us. Full grown beefy guys putting this together. We started about 10:00 A.M. after coffee of course and we quit working on it at 6:00 P.M. of course we had a quick 30 minute lunch. We still have both of the long sides of the roof to put together next weekend. Trying to line things up especially with Y pieces and bolts is a real pain, including the Z & Z1 pieces continually pop out and fall down the channel as well as the Y pieces. The directions leave a lot to be desired. We still have another 1/2 day ( 4 hours ) to install the rest of the roof. One piece had a pretty good size dent in it and we were able to kinda get it back but not all the way. The freight/shipping companies obviously really don't care how they handle the product or else it would have arrived in better condition. We didn't notice it until we unpackaged the items. Hopefully this helps anyone looking at buying this.

Came slowly in different days opened boxes to find stuff scratched and badly dented. Instructions are horrible to follow. They have you tightened bolts just to loosen them up to add other pieces. The roof was hard to put up the top pieces were all bent and had to be straighten. The clips to put on angle top didn't stay in but fell off repeatedly.

I read a lot of reviews before buying this one. overall I'd say most are spot on. I assembled this with my son over a weekend. **needed an extra person when we were installing the posts and cross beams. I'd say that the instructions were pretty good over all. The bags of screws were labeled properly as were all the parts. The sheer volume of screws for this thing will intimidate even a seasoned DIYer - there are A LOT of screws. Installed on 14' x 18' concrete patio and bought my own anchor screws to set the posts into the patio. The only hassle was the roof panels - they require a lot of patience and finesse - or just a lot of cursing. curtains and netting seem to work fine. You'll need to find a way to keep them from blowing around - I haven't found a good method yet. you can easily fit plastic ties between the roof struts and the roof panels if you want to run lights. we've had some heavy rains and everything stays dry underneath. I'm happy with my purchase and would buy this again

We really love the gazebo BUT it took so much longer to assemble than stated. You really do need multiple people (at least 4 adults for the job). Often the roof did not line up with the screw holes and my husband had to lean into it and manipulate it as best he could so it would line up. The roof was definitely the most time consuming, taking 8 hours. All in all, It took well over 15 hours to complete and I am married to a very competent handyman!
