I am not exactly a great cook or even a good cook, but this particular skillet makes me want to try. I've purchased a skillet about a year ago, but after receiving this one from Amazon, I placed my former skillet in a donation box. This skillet exceeds "the hype." First of all, it is the best-looking skillet I've ever seen, and it is easy to clean. It is large enough for almost anything I cook, and its weight is perfect. It is solid but not too heavy. What's most important, it is safe. Its ceramic coating makes cooking eggs, meats or anything else a breeze, as nothing sticks to the surface, and did I mention, it is easy to clean? I needed a cast iron skillet but was hesitant because of having to season it and keep care of it. Plus, the ones I had in the past weren't non-stick even after being seasoned etc. I had been watching Chef Zacarian on TikTok and along with his cooking skills and recipes, I noticed his cookware. I just knew it would be too expensive for me, but it isn't! This cast iron cookware is non- stick, super easy clean up and even on my electric stove heats evenly. I doubt that it will make me cook as well as Chef Zacarian, but it makes me feel like it's possible. I love it and use it even more than I thought I would.     • Great Heat Retention Easy Clean, Easy Cook - Happy Dance Dude!

I really like this product and it does an excellent job with heat retention and non stick. I started with one and now have 3. I am a chef and generally prefer the re deal cast iron itself. But after being on your feet all day, I want easy and easy clean! I don’t want ceramic where I have to be careful not to scratch anything and I don’t want to pay over a hundred dollars for something that will be used and abused by me. This hits the spot! Heat retention, even distrof heat and easy clean! I should mention that Dash USA is the company he collaborated with and I really like a lot of their products. Particularly their blender for the price point. All of my family members have one. Love the clean cycle, love being able to blend and walk away. ... show more

I had high hopes for this skillet when I first bought it, but unfortunately, it has turned out to be a major disappointment. The non-stick Teflon coating, which initially worked well, started to show signs of wear after just a couple of months of regular use. At first, the cooking surface seemed smooth and easy to clean, but it didn’t take long for the coating to begin peeling and flaking off, even though I followed all the care instructions and avoided metal utensils. Within a few months, I noticed food sticking to the surface, and cleaning became increasingly difficult. The worst part is that the Teflon coating not only lost its non-stick properties but also started to degrade, which can be concerning for health and safety. I reached out to customer service, but their response was less than helpful, offering no real solution. For the price, this skillet isn’t worth it. If you’re looking for something durable that will last more than a few months, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. It’s frustrating to spend money on cookware that fails so quickly, and I’m now on the hunt for a more reliable, long-lasting option. ... show more
