This is, without a doubt, the worst toaster I have ever had. It's certainly cute and the slots are wide enough for bagels - but that's where the positives end. Only half of each side toasts so I need to flip my items over and put them through another cycle. On the same setting every time, toast may get slightly brown or it may burn - Surprise every time! It doesn't always pop up all the way when the cycle's done. If you're going to be toasting wide items such as bagels, I'd purchase a wider toaster. Although the slots themselves are wide enough, the heating elements are so close to the item that pieces of the bagel often touch the elements and cause smoking. ... show more

This is a basic nostalgic looking toaster . I bought it for the color . It has a dial for controls and the slots can hold a Belgian waffle . My favorite is the defroster you put your frozen waffle in and it pops up toasted . Nothing fancy about this toaster but it does the job .

Two in a row that don’t toast both sides. I have ordered a red one and a blue one and they both have “center” coils that don’t toast! And I thought it was a fluke, but here I am with the second one that’s also defective. I don’t feel like buying another toaster right now so I have to flip the bread halfway through each time.     • Lever broke after two weeks but toaster still good.

When I first got it, I absolutely loved this toaster. So easy to clean and use, and toasted bread perfectly. Unfortunately the lever broke and now it won’t stay down by itself when I want to toast something. I have to manually hold it down myself.
