Toast comes out perfect every time. There are buttons to push with icons depicting how you want the bread, bagel, English muffin, etc. to be toasted. The icons show how the toast, bagel, muffin will look like when done. There are four amble slots for different sizes of whatever you are toasting. There are two separate trays to catch the "crumbs". I love the look of the toaster, but I have a couple of issues. The first is that the lever doesn't reach the top of the toaster when toasting is complete. It lingers halfway. I thought this should work a lot better than it does. It doesn’t toast very even and it takes a while to figure out the right setting. It either burned or barely toasted. So our search will continue.

This toaster is great! The features on the toaster work pretty well, the bread type cook time might be off slightly but not too much so just keep eye on that bread. The color of the toaster is very appealing. Definitely worth the money we love it !
