I must admit that it took a while for me to get it installed. Once it was installed, I realized that the car charger that came with the camera has a short and the camera's battery has an awful battery life. It is unusable. I'm very disappointed as this camera was to be an upgraded replacement of one that was stolen from me. If anyone is reading this, be sure to test all parts of the camera to be sure it works the moment you receive it.

I can say it works fine However a few things First off the charging cable that plugs into power port Died after about 2 weeks Simple fix get a power port adapter with a newer android based charging cable and will work fine

The media could not be loaded. First the positives: - inexpensive - small and compact - easy to install - plenty of wire to mount where you want - three cameras (front, rear, interior) - the cameras are clear Now the negatives: - poor excuse of a user manual *instructions are cryptic and hard to follow *no explanation of the different icons displayed on screen *limited in what it tries to explain *the manual never explains the red wire coming from the rear camera and what you are to do with it - during my install I didn't use it, and camera still functioned - the screen is small and congested when all three cameras are in use - the internal screen only moves up and down and not side to side - the bracket to attach the cam to the front windshield only goes up and down, not side to side - this limits the attachment locations since it has to have the front and eh interior in line of sight - the wire routing is limited since it has to go under trim or carpeting - in my vehicle (2016 F150) the lighter outlet is in a cubby with a door and the routing has to go over plastic trim - the bracket on the rear camera only mounts at 90 degrees, but I needed an axial bracket - I had to bend it in order to make it work - I could not find any assistance online; there is no customer service number - only an email I installed and am using the dash cam. If you are looking for an inexpensive camera with crystal clear views and don't require good instructions, this is the camera for you.

Save your money. This is definitely a product that you get what you pay for. When, I purchased this camera the reviews were much higher and I don’t know why. The memory card constantly reaches full capacity and I cannot figure out how to get it to loop and automatically delete the older footage so I have to do it manually. The instructions are no help either because they were clearly written by someone not fluent in English at all and are almost impossible to decipher.
