We tried to get Customer Support to help us on our issue. We just barely bought this fan back in July. The closing window was August to return it. We had no problems until just about four months ago. We’ve been trying to get a hold of someone in this department and no one has reached out to us in regards to our ceiling fan combo. So here is a video of what it’s doing hopefully in the future you can make it so that people that install these ceiling fans and it’s not an easy job don’t have to go through this.
