I love the way these look and look amazing in my apartment, but the instructions are crap. If u have common sense you can put these together. I couldnโt really get the screws in the legs, so I did without them, Since I donโt have a power drill.

These chairs are beautiful and just what I needed. They are sturdy and cushion is thick. When putting them together, I put the legs on the opposite sides of where they should have been and it threw off the look of the chair. I emailed the company thinking they sent me the wrong pieces and they replied in less than 12 hours and told me how to correct what I did. I made the corrections and now have beautiful chairs. I should have paid more attention to the directions. They weren't hard to put together, just took some time with 4 of them.

These chairs were impossible to assemble, and I had to get a professional to put them together for me with power tools. The reason I still gave a 4 stars is the customer service was great and once assembled they are great. They look good and are very comfortable to sit on. We are pleased with the finished product, and had we not struggled so much to put them together I would have given 5 stars.

This product was hard to assemble due to some manufacture flaws but the seller was very professional and tried to remedy the situation. It was out of his control but he is a great communicator and works still recommend him

My delivery packaging was horrible I thought someone opened the box and tacked it back together again, my order was missing screws and I had to go to Home Depot to ensure I can put the product together. Once one chair was together the seat bar was damaged and wobbly had to buy anchors to ensure the chair is steady . Otherwise, the product looks beautiful.

Nice barstools! Not saying there perfect for my interior theme but needed something more sturdy and safe for grandkids ( than the swivel - metal ones I had) . But aesthetically they are pretty, sturdy, and comfortable. Bought 2 sets . Took approximately an hour for ea. Set to assemble . Needed mini drill . Only complaint is the metal button was installed a little crooked on one of the chairs ( see pic) . Since Iโve only had for a week I hope I donโt regret highly recommending them ( hope they hold up )
