We purchased these chairs to replace our high bar chairs, they have a lower back which allows the room to look less cluttered. The chairs themselves are very comfortable to sit in because of the spring cushion system. There were a few superficial scratches on the chairs when they arrives, not sure if they were caused by the manufacturing or the shipping. I did not like the assembly and instructions for these stools. The cross beams at the bottom of the stool do not sit level like as shown in the photos. They are angled and the holes in which to place these beams are not level, therefore there are gaps (shown in pictures) and the finished product looks as shown below. The chairs are comfortable and stylish, but I question the integrity and sturdiness of the stools because of the way the beams at the bottom look. ... show more

People are saying put together is hard, it’s not if you have a screw gun, with a screw driver probably would take awhile but these chairs look nice the material is easy to clean with kids. My 14 month old twins have not knocked them over and that’s the reason I got rid of my $600 chairs prior. These look nice and are comfortable would recommend to anyone. I had no problems and these were the 2nd ones I purchased the first one I accidentally bought the bar height not the counter height ones but still was easy to assemble unless you’ve never used a screw driver in your life ... show more

The chairs look fantastic around our butcher block kitchen table. Nail heads make the chair. Plus easy assembly which made it faster for us to use and enjoy them at dinner. Very comfortable !! We did have an issue with some scratches on the legs of 2 chairs. We contacted the seller and they got back to me in a few hours. I explained the issue and they are sending me out new legs for the 2 chairs. It was such a pleasure to deal with them they are on top of it. not as easy to put together if you have arthritis or diminished hand strength, but simple for my 30yr old daughter. they're the perfect counter height for my island. and the adjustable screws on the legs help even it out against wobble where floors aren't perfectly even.
