I'm an exercise enthusiast and I purchased this product thinking it would Target my abs better than regular sit-ups do. It may work well for some people but I think it's more for beginner or someone with a weak back. For me I'm not pleased with the product. But for others I can see how they might like it especially if they are beginners or have back problems and still want to do sit-ups. ... show more
