Love this! You can actually do so many workouts on this little machine. Super easy to assemble, it basically comes assembled. It is light weight you can move it easily, you can even travel with it. I do abs and arms and even legs on this machine, works great!

pictures on the product are great instructions. I use it on my mat and it stays in place, not heavy at all, I am a novice when it comes to sit ups, this is the best thing i could ever buy for starting my routine of sit ups, flutter kicks push ups ect. Very helpful to me... makes me feel like I am accomplishing something. too soon to know results. but whatever , i am doing them and I can feel it. It seems to be very durable as well. ... show more
