I'm not very smart. I purchased these after looking at the picture and the price. I realized there was something wrong when the UPS guy carried the package up my driveway without a dolly. 110 pounds would be a lot for him to do that. Fortunately I was able to buy the second dumbbell for the same great price. They work great. I like how quickly you can change weights. Quality of product is exactly what was expected and why we were willing to pay a little more. Easy to switch from one setting to the next in just a twist of the wrist. No worries of this happening while using the equipment as it needs to be in the holder or on the floor with no resistance to remove or add plates. I've used other adjustable dumbbells in the past that were cumbersome to change mid workout. These were very quick, easy to use and takes up considerably less space than a set of 5 different dumbbells.
