I ordered an ET30 elliptical machine. It arrived quickly, but they gave me a dud. It did not come with enough parts to complete assembly. Iām missing many correct screws. I've attached the Stabilizers & the Pedals. I've secured the Center Post & the Monitor. I still need to secure the Handle Bars & the Pedal Tube Shrouds. The screws are too short & too big to attach the Pedal Tube Shroud. There's not enough of the correct screws & bolts to secure the Handle Bars. The manual has a different description of how to secure the Handle Bars than what I actually have. My machine has front & back holes no side holes. There is a discrepancy between the labeling in the manual & the labeling of the packet of parts. The front wheels Stabilizer doesn't sit flat on the ground. Now Iām wondering if they should be switched to the back, just so they can lay flat. I tried unscrewing the front wheels to readjust, but that still leaves the wheels incorrectly angled, but in a different direction. The size, weight, & color of the machine are fine. It seems like it would work just fineā¦ I just canāt get it assembled because they didnāt include enough / correct parts. Batteries for the small display screen are not included. You'll need 3 AAA. I emailed & called customer service. Awaiting their assistance. No reply to my emails. Right now the Handle Bars are wobbly & temporarily screwed in with the wrong screws. The Pedal Tube Shrouds are also not attached. Bought this on sale for $200. You get what you donāt pay for. Batch number: 09052501

### Product Review: Highly Discouraged (Defective Design and Poor Quality Control) While this product claims a high weight capacity and robust build, my firsthand experience revealed severe deficiencies in both its manufacturing quality and assembly documentation. I strongly advise prospective buyers to avoid this product based on the major failures outlined below. #### 1. Inaccurate and Disorganized Assembly Documentation The assembly manual provided with the product is entirely inadequate. The instructions, diagrams, and listed part numbers failed to match the actual hardware included in the box. This lack of quality control turned what should have been a straightforward setup into a frustrating and disorganized process, as the manual's schematics were completely out of alignment with the physical components. #### 2. Severe Structural Failure Within One Week The productās structural integrity is highly suspect. After just one week of standard, low-intensity use, the unit suffered a catastrophic mechanical failure. Specifically, the pedal mechanism completely detached from the magnetic housing socket, rendering the machine entirely inoperable. #### 3. Misleading Specifications and Poor Value According to the manufacturer guidelines, this product features a maximum weight capacity of 300 lbs. Despite weighing 300 lbs and using the machine under completely normal, moderate conditions, the hardware failed almost immediately. As a consumer, I am now left with an unusable product and a frustrating dilemma: either invest additional time and capital to arrange a complex repair, or discard the item entirely. ### Final Verdict This product fails to deliver on its foundational promises of durability and straightforward assembly. This machine is quite small. Had to send it back. The stride was too short. The company was easy to work with as far as a return.

OMG, the directions were awful and made absolutely zero sense. Half the parts on the part list did not match either part number or quantity. Basically had to guess what went where. The machine itself is a great size and it works for the most part. The screen is small and isnāt working very well. Honestly think it has something to do with the connector plug. When using it for the first time be prepared for the overly loud screeching (think smoke detector alarm) that lasted about 20 minutes and suddenly went away. I guess the value is good for the cost but still up in the air at this point.

Piece of crap. The pedal broke off and cannot be repaired, bolt sheered off. Do not waste your money. Used less then a month.
