The media could not be loaded. It’s not nonstick. One of the reviewers said if you season it properly it’s good, but I don’t see any directions for seasoning. These are hashbrowns in the video. Butter and I threw olive oil in it, trying to keep it from sticking. They still stuck. Pancakes, stick and burn. I usually cook on medium, so I turned it down. So the last time I cooked on medium the food stuck and I turn off the burner and I sat down and I hear this pop and I look in this pan. I think it was cooling down and it hit a certain point and it popped. Because there is aluminum on the inside of it. I never saw a pan do that before. And it cost me a lot of money, but I used it so I can’t return it. No, I don’t like it at all. guessing maybe to make things that are cooked in liquid liquids will be OK. So I have to find another pan. Spend more money. It burns everything. I hate this pan. That didn’t work either with liquids. And when I wash it, it doesn’t come clean like a nonstick pan. It looks like another popular expensive brand. That and the name makes you want to buy it because you think it’s good. Even with oils everything sticks. I will never ever buy this brand in anything again. I bought a different skillet. Way different than this. Why do people show a picture of a brand new skillet They haven’t even used so they don’t know how it’s going to behave and give it five stars? I was just looking through the other reviews today and saw that. And I’ll look for that in the future before I buy anything. I got ripped. Do not buy this pan. ... show more

These are really nice-looking pans that feel extremely sturdy and strong. I've only used them once so far, but the non-stick feature works really well and from what I can tell, the heat is distributed very nicely for an even cook across the entire surface. The one downside to these pans is that they DO NOT come with lids/covers. I went back and looked at the description, and the covers aren't there or in the pictures, so I can't very well take away a star since it was my own stupid fault for not realizing it. That being said, I do feel like lids should come standard with any pans like this, so I wanted to be sure to mention it to any potential buyers. I wouldn't buy them again for this reason alone. Unfortunately I do still get some sticking with this even while keeping it on low to medium heat. Adding just a thin layer of oil will significantly decrease sticking. However, I was hoping for a pan that didn’t require any oil at all. When sticking does happen, often with eggs, soaking the pan in water makes it easy to clean up without excess scrubbing. The overall quality and weight of the pan is good. It feels expensive. The bottom has stayed flat with no warping at all. No issues with heat distribution and food cooks evenly. For the price this pan works beautifully. I have Hexclad pans as well ( same type design). The Hexclad’s are definitely built heavier. The Cuisinart work so well. Just a reminder the non-stick coating is slightly lower than the stainless pattern. You must treat these pans like cast iron if you want them to be non-stick. ... show more

Just got it yesterday and was anxious to try it this morning for my breakfast scrambled eggs. It does everything it's supposed to do. Totally non stick (I did use a spritz of avocado oil but very little), I used a fork to scramble the eggs (no concern whatsoever about scratching it) and cleaned very easy. I got a great cyber monday deal and comparing it to the much more expensive hexclad products this one performs just as well (only oven safe to 500degrees....hexclad oven safe to 900 degrees ((who ever heats an oven anywhere near that high)). It has nice heft but not heavy and the handle stayed nice and cool. So happy I decided to give this one a try ... show more

It was time to replace our nonstick 8-inch skillet so I chose to buy this pan based on the reviews and to try the new style of material being used in nonstick pans knowing that this pan was lower quality due to the price point compared to other brands. After using it for several weeks and having issues of food sticking after the first couple of times cooking with the pan, it's already time to replace it. Having tried using butter, oil, and cooking spray, nothing helps at all with the nonstick performance. The pan has only been washed by hand so it was never placed in the dishwasher where the coating may have been affected. Also, even after considering the price of the pan, I was surprised how thin the pan is and the first one I received arrived with a huge dent in it. ... show more
