Great pan, seems sturdy and it’s not very heavy. Cleans up well. I cooked a 23 lb turkey in it and it fit nicely. I wouldn’t go any bigger than that though.

If possible I prefer to wait a certain amount of time before I rate a product because, to me, this is the true test of how a product preforms over time. That being said, I only use this roaster once a year to roast our Thanksgiving turkey, so after using it now for two years I can attest to this being an outstanding product. For my budget it was pricey, however, after roasting Thanksgiving Day turkeys for over 30 years, I decided it was time to "splurge" and buy a roaster that was backed by a stellar company such as Cuisinart. I am much more than PLEASED with everything about this roaster; I happen to take extremely good care of it because it was expensive and I want it to last. The roaster still shows brand new two years later. The pan easily accommodated a 23-plus pound fresh turkey this year, and the turkey roasted to perfection! (For a second year in a row!) If you are contemplating purchasing this pan, in my opinion, go for it, you will be very GLAD that you did! ... show more

I cannot imagine anyone writing a negative review about this roasting pan. I have been looking for several years to replace the one I had purchased from Wal-Mart years ago, which is flimsy, rusted and not sturdy. All the ones I have looked at were over $100.00 and I did not want to spend that much. I saw this Cuisinart roasting pan on Amazon just before Christmas and I was shocked by the reasonable price. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was stunned when it came the day before Christmas. It was absolutely beautiful, very sturdy and made from thick stainless steel. I live in an apartment and it held a 20 pound turkey easily and it fit in my oven perfectly. After soaking it overnight, I placed it in the dishwasher and it came out just like brand new. I do not believe any of the more expensive pans are better than this one. It completely lives up to the Cuisinart name and everything I have purchased from this company is of exceptional quality. The handles are very easy to use and are securely placed on this roasting pan. It has a lifetime warranty and I know why. I plan on using it for many years. I read a few reviews on here about getting a “used” pan. That is hard to believe, unless Amazon did this accidentally. I also read reviews about placing it on a stove. I have never used a roasting pan on a stove, nor would I. When I make gravy, I use a baster to transfer the liquid from the roasting pan to a saucepan. When I am cooking for a slew of people, I don’t use the burners I need on the stove to try to make gravy in the roasting pan. It is perplexing to me why anyone would even do this instead of just using a baster to remove the liquid needed from the roasting pan for making gravy. I highly recommend purchasing this. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made on Amazon. I don’t believe you could purchase one from a store this reasonably priced with such exceptional quality. ... show more

We were searching for a new roasting pan that did not have teflon coating on the roasting rack. Almost all roasting racks have a teflon coating, which gets easily scratched and is then ruined. This all stainless steel pan and rack can be used and scrubbed over and over again without any toxic worries. The pan also has nice sturdy handles which makes it easy to insert and remove from the oven. I would highly recommend this product! ... show more

Great product. I used my new pan to cook a prime rib roast for Christmas. With the oven on 500 degrees for approximately one hour the bottom discolored slightly but the rest of the pan remained the same after cleaning. Soaked overnight and cleanup was super easy.
