  • Fantastic cookware!
Size: 11-Piece
I’ve been very impressed with the Cuisinart Chef’s Classic 11-Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set. The quality is excellent for the price, and the cookware feels solid and well-made. It heats evenly, so food cooks much more consistently than with my old pans, and the stainless steel gives a nice sear to meats and vegetables. The handles stay comfortable while cooking, the glass lids are convenient for monitoring food, and cleanup is easier than I expected. Like any stainless steel cookware, there is a bit of a learning curve—preheating the pan and using a little oil helps prevent food from sticking—but once you get used to it, the results are excellent. Overall, this is a fantastic cookware set for anyone looking to move away from nonstick coatings and invest in durable, long-lasting pots and pans. It offers outstanding value, looks great in the kitchen, and I expect it to last for many years. I would definitely recommend it. ... show more

  • Beautiful, durable, and a great everyday cookware set ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Size: 11-Piece
The Cuisinart 77-11G 11-Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set is a great option for everyday cooking. I really like the stainless steel look because it feels classic, clean, and works well in any kitchen. The variety of pots and pans makes the set very practical for preparing everything from pasta and rice to soups, sauces, vegetables, and full meals. I also appreciate having matching pieces instead of buying everything separately. The cookware feels sturdy and well made, and the stainless steel design gives it a more professional look. I would definitely recommend this set for someone who wants a versatile stainless steel cookware collection for daily use. It’s also a great option when setting up a new kitchen. 🍳✨ ... show more

  • I don't know why I didn't go stainless steel until now! - update
Size: 11-Piece
UPDATE: I just had to update this review. I fried an egg and as you can see, with the proper knowledge, this egg slid around the pan just like those fancy pots and pans with little to no clean up.! I don't like to cook, I do not eat a lot of fried foods and I rarely give 5 stars. I did my homework on cooking with stainless steel. You CAN NOT cook the same as you have on that nasty nonstick stuff. I wanted to wait until I used both a saucepan and frypan. Saucepan: I boil my chicken and add Mrs. Dash to the water. Normally, there would be bubbling/seasoning stuck all over the sides at this point. The pictures shows no sticking and even boiling. They had been boiling for at least 20 minutes. I did put a little veggie oil in the water. It cleaned up VERY easy, dried immediately (do your homework!) and is just fine. Frying (uncovered): I heated the pan, tested with water and then added my oil (olive oil this time) (all as instructed by DOING MY HOMEWORK). Onions was all I had, so I cut them up and put them in for sautéing. Once they started to brown, I reduced the heat from low/medium to low. I stirred them until I was happy with the coloring and then took my 2 squares of ground turkey (I package my meat in single servings to freeze) laid them on top of the onions, salt and peppered them and cut them into sections for frying. After about 10 minutes I went back and they moved easily with NO sticking. After 20 minutes I flipped them and dumped some parmesan cheese on top. Once done, I removed them and made 3 meals out of it. You can see the condition of the pan immediately after removing the food. It is nearly clean and there's still oil in the pan! I could have easily washed it at that point, but I wanted to eat :) I put some hot water in the pan and set it back on the burner, now turned off. I went out 30 minutes later and was able to wipe it clean with just a warm soapy dish rag. Easy peasy! Utensil: A wooden spoon (of sorts). It only has a slight depression so I guess it's not really a 'spoon', however, it is what I used for the entire process, flipping and all. This is just a basic set, but it is all "I" need. I have a cast iron grill pan for steaks and bacon and a small one for a turkey burger when I'm in a hurry. Also, I used the cardboard inserts they came with for spacers until I found-https://www.amazon.com/dp/B087M6W31J?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details. Who knew of such things :) So, in conclusion for all those bad reviews (most are of burnt food), that's what you get for not researching how to cook with stainless steel. It's just too bad that the vendor had to take the hit for your ignorance. Taken care of correctly (and I don't think it's a lot of work, frankly, it's easier than those nasty 'nonstick' pans) these are amazing and I got them on sale for $140! I did a lot of looking before I settled on this set. It's very comparably priced and I would grab them up before they're discontinued. I also got the small saucepan for this set from Lowe's. DO YOUR HOMEWORK, BUY THESE AND YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY :) Bon Appetit ... show more

  • Love love love..beautiful..and healthy
Size: 11-Piece
I got rid of all of my tfal cookware and plastic storage containers, so I needed new cookware but didn't have alot to spend. After doing some research I decided to purchase these and I'm glad I did. I read some bad reviews but after research I found that they need to be preheated before adding food, and oil is necessary, I use olive and avocado oil. Also cleaning is very easy, I typically use baking today for tuff stains but I also recommend bar keepers friend for cleaning tough stains. The picture doesn't have the full set in it but look how beautiful they are. I'm glad I purchased them, I will definitely be purchasing more stainless steel cookware from this brand. ... show more

  • BEAUTIFUL COOKWARE BUT…
Size: 11-Piece
I love my cookware, it cooks wonderfully and is a breeze to clean. The only downside is the upper rim of each pan. It is not thick steel that is molded in a clean rounded over finish. It is thin and sort of sharp. It will hurt your hand if you hold it by the rim. I experienced this when I was washing and drying my pots. I don’t understand why Cuisinart did not do a better job finishing off the rims on this beautiful cookware. ... show more

  • If there were a way to award NO stars, I would
Size: 11-Piece
I had been told by several people that Cuisinart was the way to go! Apparently, none of them have ever had to deal with customer service. It doesn't matter what you buy, or how many good reviews something has, there is always a chance that the product at some time or another, will have problems. The thing that separates one company from another besides reviews of the product itself, is customer service. The first time I tried to use a frying pan out of this set, it started popping and crackling, and the bottom bowed up to where it wobbled on the stove top. I called customer service, and they said I had to pay shipping back to them, and no matter what happened after that, I would never be reimbursed for that shipping. Not only that, but I would have to pay shipping back to me if they decided it was their fault and they were going to replace it. I complained loudly at the injustice of the whole affair, and the operator graciously (I guess he thought he was being gracious) allowed that they would pay the shipping back to me if it was a manufacture defect, I went to send the frying pan back to them and it was $15, lowest price to get it there. I called again. Still got stonewalled on reimbursement. A couple days later, I was cooking with my remaining cookware, that I still to that time hadn't used, because I was a bit shy of it, and put a lid on one of the pans to help something cook. A few minutes later, I gingerly touched the handle, as I'd heard it could get hot, to make sure it wasn't too hot to hold, it wasn't, and I picked up the lid. There was nothing touching it, I had not tapped it, or banged it on anything, and it literally EXPLODED. I don't mean it cracked and fell apart. It literally exploded. All I had left in my hand was the metal handle. The glass was scattered in about a 3 foot radius, on all sides of me. My grand daughter had been standing next to me just minutes before this. If she had still been there, her face would have been full of glass. Both frying pans on the stove were full of glass, and it took me an hour to clean up the tiny, tiny pieces and the glass dust that seemed to cover everything. I have pictures! I sent the pictures and an explanation of what happened, and I still have not heard from them. That was a week ago. I will never, ever buy Cuisinart again, and not only because of the apparent lack of quality control, but because their customer service is the WORST I have EVER seen. Signed, Still Pissed. ... show more

  • Be patient, definite learning curve
Size: 11-Piece
I hated these first week of use, thought I could keep them looking new since they were all metal. Everything stained. After spending more time learning how to clean. Started soaking right after use with dish soap and hot water and really let it soak(originally I was only giving it 10 min if that) usually come out clean. And for times I burnt on stuff or metal started to discolor I used Bar Keepers friend cookware and polish and it makes it look new again. I've used them for 2 months now and they look great, easy to cook with once you get used to heating them up to help food not stick. Highly recommend if you don't mind putting in a little extra work to keep them looking good ... show more

I cook alot so quality was a huge concern but I was also on a budget...I purchased this set for looks and brand recognition. Very wise decision...very nice weight...the thick base distributes the heat evenly. Very pleased! ... show more
