I was excited about purchasing this smart air fryer. It was a birthday gift for my husband. Air fryer appearance, cooking, and size was wonderful. However, the Alexa setup was a challenge. I followed the instructions and even YouTube it. The YouTube video was the directions which was most helpful and enable me to finally connect it to my Alexa Echo Show. The issue I run into after not using it for a few days, it seems to be offline or unresponsive when I try to air fry or cook anything in it. I have to manually set temp, cooking desire, etc. Once cooking, it will then allow Alexa to control cooking temp, pausing cooking, and etc. I was really expecting more from this product despite the maker not being one of the well known companies. ... show more

I bought this a little over a year ago for my new apartment. The oven that came with the apartment is terrible and cooks unevenly so we were forced to use the air fryer over the oven. I love this thing but after a couple of years of use it burned up. I did use it about 1-2 times a week and loved all the different functions. I even baked a homemade apple pie in it! One day I went to use it and it started smoking. The heating element had come apart causing the smoke. My husband, the sweetheart that he is, bought me another one of a different brand after searching for a replacement heating element with no luck. I was not as happy with the other brand and will be buying another one of these soon despite the problem I had with it. ... show more

I bought this for it’s small footprint on the counter and the good reviews. I’ve used it for 5 months now and I’m happy with it with 3 minor criticisms: there is no preset for toast, the one thing I use this for daily (it’s not hard to set it, but a preset would have been great), there is no ding when food is finished (it flashes OFF on the screen, then it is done) & last, when I went to use the rotisserie basket the instructions didn’t include using the rotisserie button (unlabeled) but Amazon users schooled me and it works great. I sent back 3 other more expensive ovens for being broken or not working well. This is the one I kept and I’m happy with it. ... show more
