We ordered this to replace our microwave that went out after ten years. The microwave is very stylish and easy to clean. Installation wasn't difficult, but it did take some time and a few tweaks. The instructions were okay; they could have been better. It does have a vent fan and a replaceable filter. I had to put it in the wall a little. I had to make the top cabinet smaller. It looks pretty good. I had to install the electrical and make the cabinet doors smaller. It took ingenuity.

Ok, 1st let me say Samsung needs to stick with electronics and microwaves. My last Samsung microwave lasted 6 years. Hopefully this one will last also. You have to keep pushing the door hard when u close it otherwise it will still run. Crappy design

    • the glass plate inside the microwave was missing
The microwave arrived on time but the glass plate it had to be inside wasn't there. We had to use the old microwave's plate to replace it. Fortunately we still had it at home. I didn't claim it because we solved the problem by ourselves.
