We ordered this to replace our microwave that went out after ten years. The microwave is very stylish and easy to clean. Installation wasn't difficult, but it did take some time and a few tweaks. The instructions were okay; they could have been better. It does have a vent fan and a replaceable filter. The only complaint I have is that when you set the kitchen timer, you aren't able to use the microwave, or it messes up your timer. Overall, it's a good product. ... show more

Ok, 1st let me say Samsung needs to stick with electronics and microwaves. My last Samsung microwave lasted 6 years. Hopefully this one will last also.     • Missing the glass plate and mounting plate.
I love Samsung products and have been happy with every single one of them until now. Having new cabinets installed and I was happy it came fast (ordered 8/2 and received 8/4) but the contractor opened the box and told me the mounting plate was missing, contacted Samsung through their chat option and it will take 10-20 days (plus shipping time) for it to arrive... I was going to use it on the counter until the mounting plate came but then realized the glass plate that goes inside was also missing... still had the chat window open so told them that was missing also, they will send one but again 10-20 days plus shipping time. What good it is to receive the product in 2 days if you can't use it properly for 3 weeks? Disappointed 😞 ... show more
