I bought it for a purpose not intended for use. I tried it on old plastic that turned yellow. It worked fair for that purpose. Not as I hoped. I think if one used it when things started yellowing it would work. I’m going to try it on my rv plastic next.

Well, I can't speak for how well it works for hair, but if you're wondering whether you can use this to bleach the yellow out of forty-plus year old plastic synthesizer keys, the answer is a resounding yes.

It's rare that I write a bad review but ... I have bleached my hair for many years. I know the proper ratio and all things that come along with it. I had never used this developer but gave it a shot since sally beauty supply is closed and it would take forever to order through them. I've never gone through the bleaching process and simply not had a developer work well. I used bleaching powder that I had already used with success. The hair I was bleaching should be very light and it's still several shades or more off. Will not buy this product again.

I buy this product all the time from Sally’s. Quarantine comes with challenges, one of which is needing a root touch up. Purchased this from Amazing thinking the shipping would be faster (wrong) and then when I did receive the product it was a mini version of what I typically by for the same price. I could only laugh because it was so absurd 😹. Take note that this is only a 4oz bottle not the typical 32oz size available in Sally’s in the same price range.
