Well it's electrical contact cleaner and it cleans connections. I use it mostly on my kids Meta VR controllers. They get dirty and start to "drift". A quick spray and they are back to normal. If I could only get my kids hands clean I wouldn't have to use it as often.

The headphone jack contacts in my Denon AV receiver started sticking together after removing the headphone jack and keeping the speakers disconnected. After leaving the receiver powered down (and still plugged into the wall outlet for ground) for >12 hours to ensure all electricity had drained, I sprayed inside the jack using this QD contact cleaner several times while inserting and removing the plug and then let it dry for several hours. You know it's got to work chemically. My only issue is the blast, even with the straw, is a little strong when using on small electronics.

I've been plagued with a "slightly" oxidized ribbon connection that made our "Top of the Line" range/oven. I can attest that using the self-cleaning cycle on these ovens will lead to premature failure. Having replaced the touch-membrane keypad, still a few functions wouldn't work. CRC Contact Cleaner, sparingly sprayed in the control board socket, followed by a blast of compressed air ... and a "forever cup of coffee" to be sure, ALL corrosion was eliminated. The alternate was to replace the control board. Heck, it was only $230 plus shipping ... but no longer available from Samsung. That right, just 25% of what a new range would cost. CRC saved the day!
