I have worked on many cars and always try different injector cleaner to see what works and to just clean out the lines. Most fall short and feels like nothing is done or injectors are still clogged/dirty. Running this cleaner for about half a tank and you can feel the difference. My 2012 VW CC just turned 180,000 miles. A fellow VW owner suggested I use this stuff a couple of times to clean out the injectors and combustion chamber. After putting it in to a full tank of gas and driving maybe 30 minutes, the engine seemed to be running smoother and had a bit more pep. I bought a retired DoD military ‘95 S10 from a government auction. One would think that the vehicle would have been serviced and maintained properly but it sat for who knows how long. After doing a full 60k mile service it had difficulty starting. So, after reading various reviews, watched some YouTube videos from popular mechanics and home mechanics, I poured it into the tank and took a 200+ mile round trip. It appears to work better than the other brands, but since it’s a TBI, I have to use carb cleaner too periodically. But, it starts up better than before. It might just need the timing adjustment. My engine light was on, I used this and another product to help with an aging Catalytic converter. This improved my gas milage and the car, (18 years old, 05 Camry) seems to be running better. The engine light is no longer on. Will use this for quarterly maintenance. 237000 miles and still running.
