Cleans my throttlebody and intake manifold well. I use a toothbrush to scrub and then wipe it off with a rag.

I used this product on a 2015 ford Eco boost 2.7 engine, the sellers promote better fuel mileage thru de-carbonizing of the intake valves, it has been 4 days since i used it with no noticeable improvement in fuel mileage, however, the throttle response improved immediately with out any engine hesitation, the directions on the can stated that after driving the vehicle for 8 days straight, the fuel mileage will improve, I have high hopes that it will, it also stated that you can spray another can thru the engine after 1000 miles, I plan on doing that, I have 113000 on the engine now and have never carbonized it before. Never really took care of my old car until the later years when it started to have problems. Started doing minor maintenance work that's easy to do and was able to use this cleaner for the throttle. If you have problems starting up the car, like I did, make sure you step on the accelerator for a couple of times. Kept it around 2,000 RPMs and it was able to clear any excess cleaner. ... show more
