Used this for the first time in two very old and well used small engine carburetors with outstanding results. The first one was a 23 year-old John Deere lawn tractor that always was hard to start after sitting for a few days. I thought for sure I either needed to rebuild the carburetor or replace it, but decided to try this instead. I followed a pretty simple how to video I found online, poured this stuff straight into the carburetor through the air intake, and now it starts on the first tap of the starter every time. I don’t want to say this stuff is magic but it saved me a lot of work. The second was a 35 year old push Toro lawnmower with the original carburetor. Although it was running pretty good before hand, you can clearly hear a difference after using sea foam now it starts smoothly on the first pull and runs better than most new machines. I highly recommend sea foam for anyone who’s having similar issues or just wants to maintain their equipment. I’m now adding it to every gallon of fuel that I use in my lawn equipment.

I use this for preventative mtc, I'm not sure it does anything, but my car has 70,000 miles on it, with no major engine troubles yet. Once or twice a year, I'll put a couple cans in the gas tank before a long road trip to help keep the fuel system clean, and about a week before every oil change I pour half a can into my engine oil. I believe it helps keep my fuel system, and internal moving parts clean, but I don't have x-ray vision, so I can't really tell.
