Description

CRC Brakleen Brake Parts Cleaner is formulated to quickly and safely remove grease, oil brake fluid and other contaminants from brake linings, pads, drums and calipers and all other mechanical components. It is perfect for cleaning machinery, motors and general mechanical equipment when a vapor degreaser is required. Eliminates clutch slippage and is ideal for removing grease and contaminates from CV joints and wheel bearings and reduces maintenance cost. Protect all rubber parts and painted surfaces from overspray. Selected solvents, controlled evaporation, low surface tension and high density ensure superior cleaning and degreasing properties and can even lift and remove oil and grease that has already penetrated linings.

CRC just makes great stuff. The brake cleaner works on brake but it can be used to clean oil off of parts or concert. Always test your surface in a small unconscious spot to see how the material responds to the cleaner. Better safe than sorry. So far I have not had a problem.

Amazingly powerful cleaner. Spray on gunky stuff and it comes off. Occasionally, you might actually have to wipe. Unfortunately, the paint on my valve cover had some peeling spots (it's old paint) and the cleaner removed some of it. I guess that's unfortunate, anyways.

Great stuff! A man's garage isn't complete without a cpl cans of BraKleen! This stuff works for so much more than brakes and is great in the bigger 19oz size with the better trigger! Highly recommend this to anyone doing brakes or tough degreasing jobs!!!!!

When I read about this cleaner I thought you had to pump the trigger to make it work but you just squeeze the trigger and it sprays it is pressurized in the can and very easy to use,i use brake cleaner all the time and this is the first time I have found this type of can,will buy more in the future,it's very easy to use. ... show more
