My hands are always super dry and the sticks just fly out of my hands when I do snare work. I used to have to grip the sticks too tight which made my arms too tense. I've used other stuff that makes my hands really sticky and I then can't touch other things like the snare or cymbals. It's clean like a candle wax. You rub it on the sticks and adds just enough grip or "friction". Smells nice too LOL ... show more

This is good, didn’t think the medium tack would be enough grip for me but is so far perfect. One thing I hope doesn’t happen is that the wax gets rubbed off the sticks easy and I have to keep waxing the same stick. (Worried because you only get so much wax and I want to wax as much sticks as possible) I recommend because it really is good quality wax. ... show more

I used to use gorilla snot but after trying this stuff I’ll never go back. Not as sticky as gorilla snot but you can still relax without worrying about losing grip. Way better feel than GS and way less hand fatigue than bare sticks. I still have some gs in case I ever run out, but I’m 25 pairs in on this one jar and there’s plenty left ... show more

Wears off of sticks quite easily, even when pre-sanding the grips... Have to reapply after about an hour of playing... Wax amount is also 50% less than when previously sold in the cans.

I use it when I play drums and when I garden. It makes holding rakes and etc easy to hold. I also use it on shoe laces so they don't slip.
