I replaced a gas powered washer with this electric model and I am pleased with the transition. I’ve only used it twice but both sessions were 3+ hours of continuous pressure washing. It does everything I need it to do for basic cleaning around the house. For the short time that this pressure washer was functional, it worked well. After six months of use for washing my family's cars, I noticed a substantial pool of oil underneath the pressure washer in my garage. Following the troubleshooting, I contacted Craftsman. Biggest waste of time. Worst customer service I've experienced. Their phone system was not easy to use and continuously did not understand the most basic of inputs. No opportunity to speak with a live customer service representative. If they are not going to offer a live person for customer service, then it least invest in an automated system that functions. Makes the warranty useless. For this reason, I can't recommend and I will not be purchasing any Craftsman products in the future. I will be looking to purchase a pressure washer that functions for longer than six months and from a competitor that actually has customer service. ... show more

Bought this for my husband and ended up using it more. This things works great and gets the job done. Super easy to turn on and maneuver. I like the spot that holds the extra replacement tips too. Worth every penny. A pressure washer is just a good thing to have at your house. Also love that it’s electric versus gas.
