My deck needed some love, I had not cleaned it for a few years now. I originally was looking to buy a cordless pressure washer but all had some issue and none seem to connect properly to a standard hose. Then I switched to looking at portable ones and finally decided I should stick with a name brand. I am not disappointed. Worked great from the first squeeze of the trigger. - Easy set up with no leaking - Feels sturdy but it is still light and portable - The Cord length and hose easily long enough to cover a very large area - It wasn't what I would call quiet, but it was no louder than a trimer I was able to start using it within 15 minutes of opening the box. And while I was using it, my wife asked to try and I couldn't get it back. Easy to use and extremely satisfying. The price was a little higher than some that "seemed" comparable but don't be fooled, this is worth it.

I borrowed my sons and fell in love with it. So much so I bought my own. It’s light weight which makes it easy to move around. I worked well cleaning off wood on a neglected dock, cleaning a sea wall, washing away spider webs, washing vinyl siding and cleaning outdoor patio furniture. I even used it to clean concrete. It has great pressure for its size. That needs to be emphasized…. It’s great piece of equipment for its size and being electric. My old one’s as larger and gas powered and was more powerful, but I have MS and needed a more user friendly one. This one fit the bill perfectly. The cord was long and that made it easy to use all over my backyard. The hose attached easily with no leaks. I’ve had other power washers that seem to leak over time. Not this one! I used it all summer to clean up a house I moved into on a lake. I really put it to work this summer and did not experience a single problem with it. I’m very satisfied with this purchase. Great value for money.

This was a great buy,literally easy as 1,2,3 to use,it started stripping some paint from the car,the cord was good length made washing the car fast and hassle free. The only problem i had was i had to use the water pump each time to get the water pressure. All in all it works well.

This is a really great pressure washer for a good price. I clean my own cars and have my own detailing business. I’ve used it to wash a lot of cars, I’ve used it to pressure wash my deck, porch, driveway, etc. The pressure washer gets a lot of use and it’s great. I might upgrade to a heavier duty one down the road but I’m extremely impressed with the usage I’ve gotten out of this one for the price. It’s small enough to make for great mobility. My 5 stars is especially for the amazing support that craftsman provides on their products. I’ve had twice now that some products stopped working of theirs (it happens, just like any product out there) but what matters is they sent me replacements without any push back or headache to do so and in the end that’s really what matters. I highly recommend!

There are currently no new buy options available for this item. I received an open package without the angle nozzles. The motor stopped working after about 4 uses. I have issued a refund since it happened so quickly, I ordered another one so hopefully that next one will be better...... I like the design colors matching the rest of my tools. Comes in a small compact form and compatible with quick release fittings. The cable is easy to wrap and keep stored on the handle. The foam cannon bottle is useless, Just buy a dedicated bottle. The hose is medium quality and not kink proof, the wand is too long and annoying if your gonna use a foam cannon, better used for taller vehicles like SUVs or trucks. I have a low car, a low car on coil overs and a sports car, so the long handle is useless to me. Doesn't leak water anywhere but PLEASE make sure you put it far away from drops of water, I BARELY splashed some drops of water I don't know if that was the issue when though this is supposedly water proof. This item is very sturdy and looks like its built of high quality material, the weight is evenly distributed and does not feel heavy or bulky, fits nicely anywhere you put it with everything in place after you disconnect the hoses.

My husband has a gigantic gas-powered power washer that has a pull handle to start. I'm 62. I'm over all that 30s-something garage tool stuff. I read the instructions, hooked everything up and away I went. It cleaned what I wanted it to clean perfectly. Maybe not as perfectly as that gas-powered behemoth, but good enough that I'm delighted. The cord and the hose are long enough to get out to the back garden and clean the landscaping. I cleaned 10 years of dirt and grime off the landscaping and now I need sunglasses when I look at it, it's so bright and clean. I cleaned the stepping stones in the yard and they look lovely. I washed the entire deck (45 feet from front to back) and the deck stairs. It looks amazing. I cleaned the diving board and it's white again. The pressure is strong enough so that I did end up washing some peeling stain off the deck. It was easy to put together, the instruction were clear and it has performed well in the over 4 hours this weekend that I've used it. The housing is black plastic and it can be cleaned off with a quick spray once you're done cleaning everything you can find to clean. The trigger is hand pulled as opposed to finger pulled, which saves on hand fatigue. There is about a one-second delay between pulling the trigger and the high-pressure water. That's enough time to give something a quick spray without the pressure. I'm delighted with it.

I am so pleased with the performance of this pressure washer. I used it to clean my porch before repainting. It loosened the dirt I expected, but also got rid of old paint that was in places I couldn’t reach. Then we washed the garage before repainting. This device made all the difference.
