Received and set up was simple. It’s a little loud when the ice maker is making ice. Hot water is HOT, cold is very cool and refreshing. It’s a little small (short) in height but I sit down to fill up because it’s slow. It does everything it claims. It’s only been a month the month of October 2025.

Purchased early Aug 2025. Today Nov 12 2925. IT LEAKS LIKE A SIVE! As i read the other reviews I have to wonder if they failed to include an ADAPTER OR SEAL to put on the top of my 5 gal water bottle and attempt to lift and insert the tip of the bottle into a very shallow smooth tapering hole a little smaller than a golf hole. All hard plastic against the hard plastic bottle. The geometry involved with a 5 gallon bottle (full 42.5 lbs) makes it physically impossible to not splash water on the wall behind. down the back and all over the floor. IF YOU'RE LUCKY, somehow there's no leakage. That happened with my first couple bottles. Then I went for water (a chair is a good idea i read from a lady's review) and splash splash. I was walking in a third of my new bottle. Took the bottle off - water all over the place AGAIN - and . . . Checked everything out, replaced bottle (water all over again). No leak! My pergo flooring is already ruined. Today I've cleaned up and replaced 3 times. They dont offer any way to ask if any secret or if I'm missing a part like my last dispenser had, so I guess I'll try the 3 year extended warranty. Take a look and tell me if you could get the top if a 5 gal bottle upside down into that. LOL

4/5. Day 1 review: It’s a little loud. I believe once the ice tray is full it will stop making ice so that I believe will help. It’s very small. A large glass cannot fit under the spout. Please note the photos where it shows the machine next to a child, it is actually that size. That being said I don’t see that being an issue. It dispenses water and makes ice so it’s still a 4/5. I wish they had insulated it a bit better, I’m not sure the ice is going to stay frozen and it is a bit loud. Concerned for night time, but not expecting perfection so not holding that against the machine. We can’t have a silent ice maker, they don’t exist. Fair design overall. Not regretting the purchase so far.
