The Cosvalve Portable Steam Sauna Box with Red Light is actually nice to have at home. I can jump in there as the days start to get cold. I hardly every want to go running when its cold and wet out. This allows me to still get my sweat on during the winter months. The zippers could use some improvements, but everything else is good for the cost of the unit. It takes about 10 minutes to turn into a hot box. But once it is up to temp, there's no issues maintaining the temp. I really feel great after sweating out in this thing. I opted for a better chair. The one included was fine, but I found one that had an open mesh material. The box is plenty big enough for this 5'11 fella. Overall, I enjoy this thing. 4 stars! Make the zippers more heavy duty please.

The media could not be loaded. This is a good sized, single person steam room. I am 6'1" and weigh about 275 lbs, so not particularly dainty. The room has plenty of spacy for me, both height and width. I was surprised to find that the included stool supported me just fine. It says it takes 15 minutes to assemble. Following the directions carefully, it took me about 40. However, the assembly is actually quite intuitive and should I choose to take it apart and put it back together again, it will probably take me about 15-20 minutes to assemble. It too about 10 minutes to produce steam but once that happens, the little space heats up in no time at all. It comes with a rechargeable light you can hang if you cover up the sun roof with an included velcro attachment. I'm actually really happy with this. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the zippers feel a bit flimsy, so I took some care when using it. The steambox inside the steam room is also just a thin piece of plastic with a lid that doesn't quite screw on right, but as long as you don't step on it, it more than does the trick. I'm intending to leave mine up in the basement and I can't wait to use it again.
