I have seen water coolers like this in my friends and families homes and over the years, I have always wanted one for my home but just haven’t purchased one yet. It works FABULOUS!!! The hot water is very hot and l can use it for Hot cocoa, hot tea, and and my cup noodles very easily. Now that l have this cooler , l start to drink more water everyday because it’s so convenient. The only thing I really don’t like about this water cooler is when it’s turned on and running the motor, it is quite noisy… But it is not near the bedroom so luckily we don’t hear it at night! The cooler has one small storage compartment but it’s too small to fit cups or somethings bigger... So it just remains empty at our home! Overall, this water cooler is basically inexpensive and does a fabulous job at making icy water or hot water extremely convenient to use! I would definitely recommend this for every household if that would like one! I’m really happy with this water cooler. It was very easy to set up — I had it running in just a few minutes. The hot and cold water both work great, and it’s so convenient for the whole family. The size is perfect and it keeps the water tasting fresh. Very useful to have at home. I’d definitely recommend it!

Product is great! Hot water is hot and cold is cold, there is a little plastic taste at first but flush it through with a gallon or two after setting up and I haven’t noticed it since. There are a few things which made me give it four stars: The unit is short. It’s maybe 4 feet tall WITH a 5 gallon jug on top. I am 6’3” so I need to find a stand to put it on for my back’s sake. Secondly, the little ledge for the cup to sit on is far too small for me to let something sit there and fill up without fear of tipping off. Otherwise it does exactly as advertised and for the price I’m happy! (PS, this thing pretty much requires the jugs with the puncture lids, attempting to put open jugs on it is a messy disaster)

Works perfectly. Hot water comes out HOT, cold comes out COLD. Easy to set up, easy to use. We use it for lots of things! We love it! Also has a little storage compartment at the bottom! Great quality for the price!

The design is simple and doesn't take up much space, which is perfect for small kitchens or corners. It also holds the large 5-gallon bottle securely on top, no wobbling at all. I refill water bottles and the way this is designed, if you do not have a new lid that you can puncture, it is impossible to load without a lot of water on the ground. I used to have a cooler very similar to this, but it had a type of holding tank that gave you a little leeway when turning the water bottle over and putting it on the holder. This has no room for the water to go that pours out as you are turning it. The hot water is not as hot as our old one, so no more making instant coffee or cocoa directly out of the machine. However, it does keep cold water cold.
