I heard about this brand from my friend and she had another product of the same brand. She recommended that I can try this brand. I was planning to buy a barbeque burning with charcoal but I changed my mind due to concern about cleaning the stuff. I am glad I bought this brand and this size barbeque working with propane. You will need a converter cable and propane tank which will cost you about 70-80 dollars. And then you will be able to do your barbeque at home also even on your balcony if you live in an apartment like me. It really cooks great. its heat distribution is 10 on 10. I am happy I got this one.     • Caution.... comes with ZERO information about propane hookup hardware or hose
Seems like very nice unit out of the box but VERY FRUSTRATING to have ZERO information re: propane hookup requirements or specification. The Amazon sales page info says nothing. The user manual says absolutely nothing (which is fairly astonishing). I believe the unit has on-board a non-standard (for propane) 1/4" MALE flare connector (so you need to obtain a 1/4" female flare connector to get into the outside world where still more adapters are necessary to attach to a common propane tank hose. For many people this is not a DIY project and professional help will be needed. I'm wondering if Costway does not provide this critical info. for liability reasons. Whatever the reason, don't expect to take this grill out of the box and use it anytime soon. ... show more

As soon as I got this, We make our meals outside in the sun. It distributes heat very well. I have an iron cast skillet and it heats and cooks well on this grill. My wife is happy not to have to clean the stove. I love it.

    • Does not come with hose
I read some reviews and it said came with propane hose but it didn't. The problem with that is there was no item number or ANY info in owners book on what to get, the grill has a plastic niple with threads sticking out of it and that doesn't look like any of the hose that I looked for. I called manufacturer there call center didn't have any info or could tell me what to look for, said they would try to get me some info and email me back. The owners pamphlet should have all part numbers in it but doesn't. I have gone to 2 stores so far and will check 1 more before I send this thing back... ... show more

It is a great little gas grill. Very well made and has a stainless steel grill top with two gas burners. Once I pulled everything out of its box, these seemed simple to put together. I love this little grill! It was right on the balcony of our apartment. Large in size, stable in temperature, easy to control and easy to assemble, it feels very light, but the quality is good. This grill is perfect for our needs, and the price is very cheap!
