Always love a canister steamer. The steamers that come as mops are so awkward to use and can’t be maneuvered like the canister steamers can. I’ve had a shark steamer for 12 years so I was disappointed to learn they stopped making them. Having to try a different brand I was skeptical and fully expected having to return this steamer due to brand name. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a keeper. I use the steamer for everything. Curtains from storage are wrinkled so once hung, I attach the ironing attachments and steam the curtains wrinkle feee while they hang in the windows. I use it for cleaning the bathroom, kitchen snd tough places to clean/disinfect. I do not use in my car but I may try it on the grill come summer next year. The floor attachment is nice for steaming the floors too. The attachment wand is perfect length for the arm and you steam the floors like you would mop a floor with a mop. They dry quickly too. I also use this to steam the furniture like husbands recliner and couch the pets use. What I really like most is the ability to attach the long wand to the steamer, hang a shirt and steam it ready to wear. No ironing!!! The temp is adjustable. This is a perk as some items can’t handle intense heat or moisture like hardwood floors and special fabrics. The cord is long so you won’t need an extension cord. This is,an excellent steam cleaner! I would recommend this over the lower priced ($30 to $40) range cleaners and the high priced ones that cost a few hundred dollars. This steam cleaner has a large container so it creates steam for more than 45 minutes. The steam is very hot and powerful so it makes cleaning a snap. I especially loved the metal scrub brushes- they got rid of all the sticky stuff on my kitchen gas hood (that no chemical cleaner could even budge) and the tile floor. I hope they sell those as extras. I love everything about this little machine and not to mention that it is safe, effective, efficient and performs better than any chemical cleaner. Also saves a lit of time, money and manpower and makes everything smell super clean. Last but not least it cleans everything well - windows, stainless steel appliances, tile, ceramic, shower, toilets and bathtubs. ... show more

Today I unboxed and tested out my new steam cleaner. We had to get a new one after the old one blew out its hose at the base connection and died. I tested the new one out on the ickiest parts of my kitchen floor, mostly the baseboards under the cabinets and under our steel baker’s rack. It did beautifully, including the tomato sauce stains that lingered after my husband dropped a full pan of marinara sauce because the handle was hot and he didn’t have a potholder. I cleaned the whole floor, the sink, and the mildew spots inside the rubber seals on the dishwasher, and finally ran out of steam when I was cleaning the sliding door frame. The picture shows just how effective it is. My only complaint is the footprint of his unit makes it difficult to store when I’m not using it. We don’t have a proper closet for cleaning supplies in our apartment, so it’s a little bit awkward to find a good place for it to live when it’s not in use. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have never had a floor steamer quite like this one! I've only ever used a stick steamer and while those are nice, I have now been turned on to the awesomeness of this one. First of all, the water capacity is fantastically large. I did my bathroom, the entirety of the kitchen, and the dining room before I had to refill the tank. That is incredible. No stopping and starting especially when I'm going from one end of the bathroom to another cleaning all the grout and tile (of which the bathroom is tiled. Ceiling and all. ugh) All the different fitting are even better. There is a spot gun that I used for the grout, the main floor cleaner rectangle, and the little triangle piece I used for countertops and to get into corners. The water heats quickly and really powers through just about all the grime. Everywhere. I even cleaned the plaster walls since the last round of humid weather caused our walls to get kinda funny looking. Pretty sure someone smoked in the house before we bought it. There's no leaks at any of the gaskets. I do keep my toddlers away while I'm using it simply because the nozzles and connections get a little too warm to the touch for me to be comfortable having their fingers around it. But it is easy to move while I'm cleaning and I didn't find any areas to burn me while I was using it and popping different handles on and off. Very lightweight to hold too.
